Pros: Decent rooms with a convenient price. Ideal for couples.

Cons: Not about the property but about Rome. You will lose a lot of tourists because of this ridiculous 5 EUR/day touristic tax. What a shame and a theft!

Nice hotel in a lovely old building near the train station

Pros: Nice big room in a lovely old building, very close to the train station in a safe area. Good value for money. Towels changed daily. Plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. Lovely garden at the back with a smaller garden to the front.

Cons: No kettle or even plastic drinking cups for water. 5 different entry keys, which can be confusing. Only 1 roll of toilet paper provided - I had to go to the reception to ask for more. These small details should be attended to daily. The single bed in our room was lumpy but the double bed was perfect. Otherwise we had a lovely stay and I would recommend the hotel at this price.

Excellent location, price and conditions

Pros: We stayed 4 nights, it was very quiet (our room’s window was opening in the courtyard), clean (the towels were changed every day). The hotel’s location is excellent, at a 6-7 minutes walk from Rome Termini. If you are looking for a place where to spend the night after a tiring day in Rome, it’s the perfect spot. Thank you for having us there!

Cons: It is not necessarily a bad thing, but I missed the slippers. 😃 We came only with a backpack and had no room for the slippers, but it was not the end of the world.

Pros: The property was in front a bus stop and close to termini

Pros: Great location near rail station, metro, and restaurants. Clean, spacious, and comfortable.

Cons: Short on amenities. No coffee maker, refrigerator, facial tissues

Pros: Fairly good location and Price (Rome is generally quite expensive)

Cons: It was difficult to find There are no signs We walked past it twice without knowing

Great spot right near the station!

Pros: We stayed here for one night before needing to get the train to the station, it was lovely and clean and great value for money

Cons: Check in instructions could be more detailed, myself and other customers got lost trying to get into the building and find reception.

Pros: The staff were very agreeable and helpful. They gave us good advice on how to handle the city's agglomeration and they were open and friendly. The location is in a calm and beautiful neighbourhood. Makes you feel like a local when you step inside the private courtyard. It is also very well connected to the train, metro and bus stations. Lovely and beautiful place. I would recommend it to everyone.

Cons: I got no complaints

Pros: The property allows you to store your luggage at the reception if you check-in early or check-out late. A very good gesture from the host.
