Rome Key Luxury House

A great hotel close to everything!

Pros: The hotel is located in a beautiful walk-up very close to Roma Termini (train station). The staff were very friendly and check-in was a breeze even though I arrived early. The room was spacious and quiet, and the bathroom modern. Plus it was within easy walking distance of many sites and there are no shortages of cafés and restaurants nearby. I'll definitely book there again when I'm next in the city.

Cons: Nothing to say!

Clean, modern, friendly, safe neighbourhood, close to station but further from attractions.

Pros: Friendly staff, very clean and modern room + good room cleaning service. It was about a 10-minute walk from the main train/metro station, which was great. The neighbourhood felt safe and the elevator was antique haha.

Cons: Restaurants close-by were expensive but it's Rome, I suppose - there's more food options closer to the station. About a 30-40 minute walk away from the big sightseeing attractions, but the Metro gets you there faster. If that is why you're visiting Rome, I'd recommend staying closer to the attractions. Other than that, the place itself was fabulous.

Great for families with small children and babies

Pros: Modern, clean and great for families with babies. Cots were included for babies. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided. Nice that hand-held hose bidets are in the washroom. Hosts were receptive and provided extra amenities when requested. Host, Michelle, was very kind to guide us around the space and amenities. She ensured floors were extra clean, knowing we were staying with babies. Location is super close to Roma Termini.

Cons: One of the sinks in the washroom seemed a little backed up, but it wasn't much of an issue.

Can’t wait to come back

Pros: • very clean and comfortable stay • there is a lift available, check in counter is on the first floor and the room was on the 3rd and the lift was spacious enough for 2 pax and 2 luggages • very close to the train station and bus stop

Pros: We came around midnight so we got the instruction for self check-in. It was simple and clear! I really appreciate the staff to make it so comfortable! The room was nice and clean. I enjoy that place to stay!

Pros: Small, but modern room, equipped with everything that you need for a short trip. 10 min walking distance from Termini, easily reachable metro and airport transfer options. Staff was friendly and allowed us to leave our luggage there before/after check out. Excellent price/value ratio.

Pros: Good security, we felt safe despite not the best location. The room was clean and the receptionist was lovely

Cons: Hard to find, couldn’t get in the front door for a little while as we were staying in the Rome luxury key house so pressed that buzzer but we were supposed to press the other one ( we didn’t know that )

Fantastic rooms a short walk from Termini.

Pros: Lovely, comfortable room, well furnished. Ease of access at a late hour. Communication was excellent before the stay.

Cons: Nothing - it was great.

Nice place close to central station with friendly stuff

Pros: Stuff was super friendly, helped us with everything we asked and even more. Room was clean, and cleaned every day. The guest house is located close to the main train station with lot other public transportation options, which is really convenient. Great restaurant options nearby recommended by the stuff. Would recommend this place to stay to anyone! Huge thanks to Jelena who helped us with everything! Hvala! 😁

Cons: During very warm week we tried to spend some day time in the accommodation, so we kinda missed some lobby area or similar. This is not something that was promised to us, or mentioned in the ad, I just want to point it out to people who might need it. It was minor issue to us since we spend some quality time at the reception and taking naps.
