Great stay

Pros: Great room and nice bathroom. Service was friendly and well spoken. Breakfast was good and plenty.

Cons: Different address than in booking.com

Pros: Special thanks to reception guy for waiting for me until 4am and letting me late check in. Location is perfect, just few steps from the Termini station. Room are clean and cleaned by housekeepers every day and towels changed. Room equipped with all needed amenities like heater, AC and kettle. Breakfast is great. Despite few issues i mentioned below, the hotel worth staying for its price.

Cons: Hot water in the bath runs out quickly which is not good in cold seasons and toilet smells very bad.

Pros: Location is great, next to train station. Room was clean with nice bathroom, new towels and sheets every day. Sweet and fresh breakfast. Very friendly and smiling service. Only thing that was only one channel in TV. In general - very good stay for good price!

Pros: The staff was super helpful, always ready to answer any questions you have. Hotel was relatively close to all the important landmarks, which made visiting all of them easy. Our room was almost everything we expected it to be from the pictures we saw during the booking.

Cons: The elevator is a bit older, and many times there was a situation where someone left the door open, so we had to take the stairs up to the 4th floor (not the biggest disaster).

Good

Pros: Nice location, staffs are really helpful, price is good compares to others in the area. There's a really good and affordable restaurant next door.

Cons: Next to a bar full of teenagers partying all night so it can be a little bit noisy at night. Floor is a bit sticky even though it's been cleaned daily.

Pros: The bigges pro is the location. It's next to Termini so you have all the conections you might need even if it's easier to walk everywhere. The staff is very nice. Breakfast is good.

Cons: There is a club downstairs so it's very loud in the evenings. It could use a luggage storage.

Be prepared for a few surprises

Pros: It was different from the pictures shown on the website. The check in process was a bit tedious as they asked to go a different building down the street. It wasn’t too bad but after a long travel it isn’t really pleasant The room is supposed to be hotel room that’s converted into a make shift hostel. So it doesn’t have your usual hostel set up. It was a bit dingy and didn’t have proper ventilation. However, I got to meet two wonderful girls who were my roommates and in the end it was fine. The breakfast was included and was really good. The staff are extremely polite and helpful.

Pros: Z tego co wcześniej czytałem to takie typowe włoskie śniadania. Ale można popić kawy i pojeść rogali i pieczywa do woli. Nikt tam nic nie wydziela. Dla mnie takie śniadania zupełnie wystarczają.

Cons: Wszystko było zgodnie z naszymi oczekiwaniami. Nie mogę nic złego napisać.
