Beautiful apartment

Pros: We had a wonderful short stay as a family of 4 (one 14 year old, one 12 year old) in this beautiful and comfortable apartment. Alessandro is an exceptionally kind and thoughtful host who helped and advised us and checked in with us throughout our stay. Before we arrived, I wondered if the location might be a little far out, but it was perfect: we chose to walk into Rome some days (took us about 40 minutes to the Colosseum) and take advantage of convenient public transport on others. Highly recommend 😀

Lovely flat close to Tratevere

Pros: The flat was clean and modern, and well equiped. Alessandro was a great host, we had a very late check-in (1 am) and he made sure we had all the information we needed to access the appartement. He was also very thoughtful and left us some tea, coffee and toasts for the following morning. We will definitely come back!

A very nice holiday apartment in Rome

Pros: Very nicely designed, clean, and thoughtfully equipped holiday apartment. The host is very nice and helpful. Restaurants, pharmacy and supermarkets are available within walking distance.

Cons: The apartment is located near to Trastevere station, which makes the trip to various sightseeing spots easy. However since it is located in the local residential neighborhood, the streets where we have to walk through everyday are quite dirty.

Pros: We were four and travelling as family with two children. There was nice parking at the facility. Sandro and his family as were super amazing and cooperative. Stay was comfortable and near transportation. Kitchen facilities were sufficient for us.

Cons: Nothing at all.

Pros: This has to be the best value in Rome that you can have for this money. A terrific flat, all clean, grocery store etc. close, easy access to public transportation. Everything was very professional and the communication excellent. I recommend this place highly so thank you!!!

Wonderful stay, great price, feel like a local

Pros: fair price for amenities and comfort. Apartment was very clean. Host, Alessandro, was very responsive and was able to send someone to help us with the air conditioner within 20 minutes! Tram station is about 8 minutes away, an easy walk. Great restaurant downstairs. Cosi Vale, with wonderful service and food.

Cons: The walk from the train station to the apartment was a little challenging with suitcases as there are stairs and an uphill walk about 9 minutes. But I feel this situation is common in Italy.

Pros: Alessandro and his wife are very kind. They helped me with everything. The apartment is wonderful. (One that I would also like to live in.) We had a lot of fun. The beds were comfortable, we were greeted by wonderful cleanliness and fragrance. I would like to highlight the closed garage in their underground garage. It was very important to us that our car was in a safe place! We are very satisfied! Everything you need is available nearby. Transportation to the city center is great. I recommend it to everyone and thank you very much for being here! My only regret is that we didn't stay a few more days! I hope to see you again soon! Zsófia

The best place!!!

Pros: The best place if you want to visit Rome!The apartment has everything you need.It is very clean.It is very cozy . Alessandro and his wife are the best.We had really good communication and they helped us a lot with useful information!!
