Chic 'N Charme Trastevere Terrace

Better than I had hoped for! Will definitely be back.

Pros: The host Roberta was amazing! Excellent communication before and during our stay. The apartment was perfect with additional touches such as towels, coffee, books and playing cards available. Had a gorgeous little outdoor space. Felt very comfortable here. A 4min walk to Roma Trastevere station which could get us to Termini in about 15mins. 10 min drive to the where all the nice restaurants in trastevere are. Perfect location!

Pros: The host was super nice and she was very flexible with our arrival.The flat is very cosy and nice. Easy to find and very close to Trastevere station and tram lines.

Cons: Single beds are a little small for big boys.

Comfortable apartments and friendly owners

Pros: Kind and friendly owners, everything was super clean, the apartment was beautiful, big and had everything we needed during our trip.

Cons: Everything was excellent!

A great base for exploring Rome.

Pros: We loved the fact that it had an outside terrace. It was clean and spacious and close to Trastevere railway station and trams. It had a well equipped kitchen and we lacked for nothing. A very good base in other words. At the time of our stay the tram service was suspended but there was a bus replacement service which worked very well. There was a very nice and very reasonably priced restaurant practically next door (Equo). Our host, Roberta, met us on arrival and was very helpful, e.g. booking taxis.

Cons: Not something that bothered us too much as we were out all day, but it is worth mentioning that the apartment is not located in the most picturesque part of Trastevere. Some basic maintenance inside would have made our stay even more enjoyable.

Pros: It was great staying in this apartment for a week. We used the terrace a lot in both the morning and the evening. It is just a short walk to Trastevere station from where you can take busses and trains to all parts of Rome (a weekly pass is just 24 euro). The service provide by the host Roberta was more than excellent, she helped us with all we asked for and more. Highly recommended!

Fantastic!

Pros: Everything was perfect! Roberta is an amazing host that fixed a driver from the airport to the apartment there she welcomed us and explained everything. The apartment was very cool and it was clean and fresh! It was close to the station where you can go wherever you want. Me and my family loved it. Roberta, thank you for your support before and during the trip. If you are lucky to stay here you will get an amazing trip! 10/10!

Spacious Apartment well connected for visiting central Rome.

Pros: Spacious apartment, older building so lovely and cool with a little oasis courtyard garden. Hospitable and helpful host. Well equipped for a holiday stay. I like to 'live' in a city rather than 'visit' and we certainly did that. Well positioned for local transport including train, tram (no 8 into the centre) and bus. A few stops up by tram to the 'trendy' part of Trastevere near the piazza Santa Maria with a vast array of restaurants and bars. We'd also recommend the no 115 bus from the stop Trastevere Pulico Instituzione taking you up to Garibaldi Square overlooking the city. Spectacular views. We'd recommend the Roma Metrebus pass, accepted on tram, train (except the airport train) and bus at 18 Euros pp for 72 hours (click the ticket on first use) - you can buy them from the station - rather than the Roma Pass.

Cons: A lot of graffiti in the area (didn't feel unsafe), but at first glance was a bit off-putting. However, when we grew into our stay we stopped noticing the graffiti and noticed instead the very friendly neighbourhood (local shops, restaurants and take-aways).

Un bellissimo weekend a Roma!

Pros: L'appartamento è veramente carino, caldo, attrezzato, soprattutto dotato di tutto quello che serve ad una famiglia, come essere a casa! Siamo stati accolti benissimo da Roberta, perfetta padrona di casa, che ci ha aspettati per farci parcheggiare in strada tenendoci il posto! Abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo la sua disponibilità, la premura nello spiegarci tutto quello che c'è nelle vicinanze, come muoverci con i mezzi, davvero una persona squisita! Non c'è la metro in prossimità dell'appartamento, ma si riesce a muoversi bene con il tram o gli autobus se non si ha la macchina. Speriamo di tornare presto, anche per vivere un pò di più il piccolo terrazzo esterno che è veramente una chicca!
