Amazing large room in amazing part of Rome.

Pros: The location is amazing, the rooms are sizeable modern and there is a lift to the rooms. This is a great place to stay.

Cons: There is no front desk it is really like an Air b n b. Communication by what's app - I am crap at using phone so wasn't a great experience for the hotel owner trying to contact me - sorry.

Great stay and have recommended this property to friends and family to stay

Pros: The room was clean and comfortable. The location can’t be better 😍.!! I was visiting for my BD, they did a cute arrangement with a piece of cake which made me happy! Absolutely coming back for next vacation!

Cons: It turned out to be a “one floor” hotel in a building with other people living. We didn’t face any problems but I just thought there would be reception and a whole building. The elevator is barely enough for myself with my luggage.

Pros: Very spacious, clean, aesthetically appealing, superb location.

This is living in the heart of Rome!

Pros: Perfect location in a quiet street near the busy Spanish Steps. Walking distance to everywhere. Concierge always available.

Cons: The room is small but this is to be expected in Rome.

Pros: It was beautiful inside. The location is in a great street in the fancy side of Rome.

Cons: I did find the lay out abit weird. The shower not being in the bathroom but completely separated but I didn’t really care. It was just different

Pros: Pleasant stay - great area - beautiful room, smelled amazing - minimalistic design with all the necessities

Cons: The mattress on the extra bed was very thin and therefore uncomfortable, even for a 7 year old child

Pros: I absolutely loved the experience of being able to come and go freely, as we are very private people. Every day of our stay we can home to a spotless suite. Beds made and fresh towels each day. Free coffees and tea for the room. The added bonus if required a hidden feature of being able to cook for yourself. The suite itself was more than enough fir the two of us. The bed wow has to be hands down the best I've ever slept in. ( now in fact upgrading my own at home) Within a few steps you are in the most beautiful square with the bonus of exclusive shopping including luis vitton. Everything we needed was within walking distance. I have never left a review in my life for anywhere we have stayed, or even contemplated returning. But i will be definitely returning to rome and if available would be returning here. I must point out i did read some bad reviews but upon returning from here i honestly do not know how a fault can be found.
