Pros: Fabulous location! Excellent and completely renovated property! Great and very helpful staff! Very easy communication! Wonderful breakfast that was included and served at La Bouvette. Our room was wonderful and super clean! We had daily housekeeping. Very easy late, after hours check in and great luggage storage after checking out. Great value for money! Strongly recommended! Thanks for a great stay!

Ideal for a short visit to Rome.

Pros: The location is fantastic, just around the corner from Piazza di Spagna and the Spagna Metro station (Line A). The hotel and the rooms are very clean and recently refurbished, and the staff are friendly and helpful. I will certainly come back.

Cons: The room does not have a wardrobe, so hanging shirts and blouses wasn’t possible.

In the beating heart of Rome

Pros: The location despite some noise at night due to the bar in front open till midnight . The bed was comfy and the property very clean and the girl at the reception super nice and very very kind

Cons: No coffee facilities in the room. But freebies in the mini fridge

Great stay

Pros: Superb location, it simply could not have been better! Great contact with reception - although they were not present when we arrived, the instructions received and live contact via whatsapp made the check in very convenient. Normally reception is opened from 9am -1pm. Apartments located in a stylish building on the first floor/there is also the elevator in case you have a heavy luggage.Very good breakfast buffet in la buvette bistro just in front of the apartment. There is a predefined selection options for Irooms customers but all was fresh and tasty. Luggage storage option, free of charge, was also convenient as we had a flight late in the evening.

Cons: I was fully aware of the size of the room as it was clearly described in the offer. Irrespective of the size,the only thing I missed was a bit of space and shelves in the bathroom to keep few cosmetics.

Spagna neighbourhood stay

Pros: The location is really good. The room had all the necessities. The staff were really kind and helpful. The breakfast at La Buvette was small but nice.

Cons: The noise cancellation is kinda bad, if there is noise outside you can hear everything inside the room. Thankfully after 00:00 am there are not many people outside so you can sleep.

Perfect for short trips

Pros: We only had a short stay here but it was perfect. The room has everything you need and a stones throw from the Spanish steps. Close to metro to reach other sights such as the colosseum. All in all fab!
