Perfect stay in a quiet, central location—elegant room, kind host, and unforgettable experience

Pros: Excellent location—within walking distance to all major attractions, yet incredibly quiet and peaceful. The room felt like a palace: spacious, elegant, and fully equipped with everything you could need. The host, Andrea, was warm and welcoming, making the experience even more memorable. Everything was perfect—truly the best stay I've ever had in Rome. I will definitely return.

An exceptional apartment - 5 stars!

Pros: I highly recommend Andrea's apartment on Via Margutta. I was travelling alone with my baby, and Andrea made us feel very welcome; he thoughtfully supplied a cot for us for example. Despite being in central Rome (behind the equivalent of Bond Street if you're from the UK or 5th Avenue if you're from the US), the apartment is quiet and feels away from the nearby bustle of Piazza di Spagna. I truly felt like we were going 'home' when we returned there! It is safe and secure. The apartment is comfortable, with beautiful historic artworks, comfortable furnishings and was sparkling clean with crisp, fresh bed linen. Andrea was also an exceptional host, providing assistance and support throughout our stay. We were sad to leave and I will certainly recommend this place to friends visiting Rome. I hope to visit again sometime! Grazie mille, Andrea!

Pros: La stanza è grande, spaziosa, unica nell’arredamento e dotata di ogni comfort. La posizione è tra le migliori di Roma, in una delle vie piú belle e silenziose del centro.Andrea gentile e disponibile!

Cons: Tutto perfetto ma solo un piccolo appunto: purtroppo l’arredamento di quel tipo porta con se un pò di polvere in piú e per chi come me è allergico può essere un problema

Pros: 78 Luxury Margutta is spacious, comfortable, and finely decorated with antique furniture & works of art. It is conveniently located on a quiet street, with both a taxi stand and the Spagna Metro station short walks away. It has a large shower, with excellent water pressure and hot water that arrives as soon as it is turned on. Andrea (whose family has owned the property since 1860) is a very friendly and welcoming host. If you stay here, you will not be disappointed.

Pros: Идеальная локация, лучше не придумаешь. До всех достопримечательностей можно дойти пешком, при этом нет суеты, тихая улица. Отдельное удовольствие - сами апартаменты. Живешь будто в маленьком музее. Очень рекомендую.
