Pros: The property is located at the very heart of Rome. We stayed at the penthouse and it was really comfortable stay we also had a terrace

Best location to stay in Rome

Pros: Amazing Location, we walked everywhere. Close to Spanish steps, many restaurant and shops! The street was very quite and never have a noise issue day or night

Cons: Rooms was quite small, but expected in Rome. Bed was a bit hard

Pros: Location of course was amazing in the heart of Rome, one on the most iconic streets.I appreciate some details in particular like coffee machine, shower products and sleepers. Rooms were nicely furnished but I believe not the best, as family rooms. Easy check in and check out.

Cons: The cleaning wasn’t spotless, especially in the entrance, the door and around the windows. Even if it’s a family rooms I guess this could be improved.

I would recommend the rooms and location just make sure you arrive around check-in time.

Pros: Great location, five mins walk from metro (Spagna). Rooms were on a quiet street with the added bonus of some walking tours using the route which demonstrates the beauty and history of the area. The road housed a variety of interior design shops and studios as well as restaurants and boutiques. Our room was small but well laid out. Staff kept the room and shared space clean. We were in a room on the 1st floor which was good as stairs were the only option. The staff were very helpful during our visit. Jonty let us leave our luggage after check-out for a couple of hours in the reception area which was very helpful.

Cons: I did contact BDB Rooms via Booking.com via email to ask for confirmation on facilities in the room. I wanted to know if there was a kettle or coffee machine and a fridge. Whilst they replied they didn't answer these particular questions but just gave me information check-in. No milk was available in the rooms for tea or coffee. Yes there was a kettle, coffee machine and fridge plus a safe.
