A gem in the heart of Rome
Pros: Great location, very clean and spacious in the heart of Rome The breakfast served in a sister hotel was very good

Pros: The room was big and comfortable and very well equipped, we liked the decore which is unique though it may not be for everyone's taste. Location is great, nice street very close to the main attraction. Reception is super helpful and friendly, but open only 9:00-18:00
Cons: The hotel and reception is at the 1st floor of the building and the entrance is not clear when you first arrive.

Fabulous property in a great location near Spanish Steps. We were so comfortable here.
Pros: This was a great place to stay close to Spagna metro station and the Spanish steps. The room was very comfortable with character features. The welcome buffet and snacks in our room were an unexpected bonus. It was great that the staff were able to keep our bags after checkout until we had to head to the airport.

Pros: The bed was very comfortable, the room was lovely, the breakfast was delicious and the location was perfect. The service was wonderful. Thank you so much for a lovely stay. It was a great place to stay for our first time in Rome.

Amazing and wil definitely be back here next time.
Pros: I loved everything about this place. The room looked like a little museum. It was very well thought out. I loved the design of the room. The little snacks set out was very thoughtful and I was given a bottle of water straight away on arrival. The service provided by the hotel was great and would highly recommend this place. Check in was smooth considering I ended up arriving at the accomodation later than I expected

Number one in Rome
Pros: Fabulous location and friendly and helpful staff. From the moment we booked the staff were amazing, arranging a limo taxi service from the airport a reasonable 65€ from the arrivals hall to the hotel. Our Taxi driver rightly said our hotel was in the Number 1 part of Rome. The room was charming.

Pros: Amazing location, weird but enjoyable vibe, overall great value to money
Cons: Shows it’s age, bathroom especially, weird smells. We were checking in with a dog (on previous notice) and receptionist was not enthusiastic about it, to put it in the best way

The prpoerty is lovely, in a great location with attentive, friendly staff and snacks available 24 hrs🤩
Pros: The location is excellent, so close to the Spanish Steps and Piazza del Popolo is at the end of the street🙌 the property is also just around the corner from a laundromat making it very convenient if you need to wash clothes during your holiday which we did!
Cons: Our room was small but very tastefully decorated. We were auntie and nephew travelling together so a bit more space would have been great but I’m sure they have larger rooms at higher prices.
