Pros: The location was great, close to termini train station and the colosseum and the center (20 min on foot) and the room was very new. The design of the room was great and everything was provided on sight (towels, toiletries, etc). The staff was really nice as well.

Pros: Our experience in Rome was fabulous, largely thanks to the hospitality and friendliness of our host. We enjoyed our stay

Pros: Close to train station( 5 min walk), close to colosseum( 15 min walk), a lot good restaurants in the street. Everything in the room is completely new, fridge,enough towels,soaps, shampoos, AC, they let us leave bags before checking in and after checking out- we came early in the morning and left late at night.

Cons: Because the facility is still at the making the room didnt have tv, wifi, they are a bit confused all though we speak english and italian😊
