RESIDENZA 62

Had a very comfortable stay at Residenza 62.

Pros: The room was spacious, beautifully maintained, and extremely comfortable beds. The location was outstanding, within walking distance of all major attractions, making it perfect for exploring the area. The staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything I needed. Azam, in particular, was an outstanding host who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. A wide variety of snacks and coffee were available in the lobby area 24 hours a day, which was a convenient and thoughtful touch for guests. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this place to others.

Cons: My room door was very close to the neighboring room, and I could hear guests coming and going, which was occasionally disruptive.

Friendly and comfortable stay close to the main station but not too close. Great staff.

Pros: Located very close to the main station but down a nice quiet, traffic wise, side road. The instructions for finding the hotel were the most thorough I have ever received, text, photos, videos, outstanding. A lovely quiet hotel up on the second floor of a large, old building. The staff were exceptional and so very helpful from start to finish. Rooms were comfortable and definitely did the job. There was some noise from outside late at night but ear plugs were already provided. A nice place to stay in a great location and very friendly, so would recommend.

Pros: Everything! Modern, clean, smells good and extreme attention to details. The reception area is nicely equipped with delicious snacks and beverages that the guests can help themselves with and enjoy in the nice lounge area adjacent to the reception. The room is also full of small details that give you joy, a selection of tea and coffee, refrigerated water, a survival kit with toothpaste and toothbrush, various toiletries and the soap just smells divine! Also, now that it's Christmas they bought festive toilet paper! The cutest thing ever!

Pros: good location - short distance from rail station and walkable distance from city attractions, staff were very helpful & welcoming

Pros: Perfect location moments away from Metro and Airport train Easy walk to all of the attractions in Rome. Massive clean Room.

Would stay again - comfortable and good location.

Pros: Big room, big bathroom with walk in shower. Comfortable bed and close to train station. (500meters flat walk) Tea and coffee facilities in room and snacks offered 24/7. Staff extremely welcoming and helpful. And there is a lift! A nice terrace. It is not an upmarket establishment but is certainly a comfortable friendly well located stay.

A wonderful experience

Pros: A perfect place! The location is so convenient. I got off the train and within 10 minutes was in my room. The instructions given were clear and easy to follow and I easily reached the hotel. The attendant was leaving as I arrived but he still came back and checked me in and showed me to my room. The room is very spacious, awesome bed and the best shower i have had in a hotel. On checkout I was able to leave my bags for a few hours. But after a medical emergency my bags were there a few days - I was in contact with Mauro who was always kind and supportive- he made a stressful time for me a little easier and I'll always be grateful for that. I wish the staff all the success in the world.

Perfect location

Pros: We had a wonderful time at this place! We were allowed to have an early check-in, which was very convenient. The hotel is located in a beautiful area, just a few minutes from the train station. The hosts are very friendly and welcoming. There is a lovely room with tea, coffee, and sweets, as well as a cute veranda. Our room was spacious and comfortable, although the bathroom was a bit small. We liked it so much that we stayed here again for two more nights on our way back — and that time we got a room with a bathtub inside, which was super comfortable and convenient!

Cons: One of the rooms had a very narrow bathroom.

Super Amazing Host !

Pros: Friendly and amazing host. Apartment is clean and near the main train terminal. If you looking for an apartment in Rome, look no further. Residenza 62 is the choice!
