Pros: I had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Rome. The location was perfect—just a short walk from major sites and the Central train Station. The apartment itself was comfortable. The host was friendly, responsive, and provided helpful local tips. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Rome.

Great place to stay

Pros: The property itself is well secure. The room was a great size with high ceilings. Beautiful view from the window looking down towards the nearby Basilica. The room was really well kept and spacious with plenty of storage.

Cons: The only thing I’d comment about is that the shower isn’t enclosed so water can get on the surrounding bathroom floor. Nothing major though.

Pros: Fantastic location close to the termini, which means you can quickly travel around the city on the A-Line underground, very nice room and view, highly recommend.

Excellent location, staff and facilities.

Pros: Great location and facilities to cater and relax. Excellent communication from the staff.

Cons: Nothing really. It's next to a tramline, but we knew this before booking, and it's not an issue.

Cons: It can get very noisy at night, even with the windows closed — but with earplugs, it's perfectly fine!

We're very happy and wouldn't hesitate to contact DM69 again if we were to revisit Rome.

Pros: Clean and tidy room that was perfectly fine to accomodate a couple who spent most of the time outdoors. Very friendly reception, and the host was always available to assist via mobile phone. Great location, a short walk away from the city's main railway station, with good restaurants and supermarkets around. The street's got a reputation for being noisy due to the ancient trams that transverse it, but it wasn't a problem for us at all.

Cons: Legitimately nothing.

Good, clean and very enjoyable!

Pros: Spacious room, clean, good shower, very attentive staff, very nice breakfast area for basic needs, quiet (opposite from what we had read, maybe because there were no trams going).

Cons: When we arrived there was a strong smell but it got better and when warned about it the staff was very fast in trying to fix it.
