Very comfortable in a great location for exploring Rome.

Pros: Very handy location, just a few minutes walk from the Rome Termini station. Very comfortable and clean, in a great location for a number of restaurants and other facilities. The owner, Consuela, was extremely helpful and friendly with excellent comms.

Cons: Nothing, but visitors must understand this is not a hotel and there are some restrictions on when you can arrive, check in , etc. These issues are minor but they need to be understood before booking.

Top value and excellent customer care.

Pros: In general, we were very satisfied with the experience. Everything was all right, the location, the room, but specially the personalized attention of Consuelo, who was extraordinarily attentive and helpful. If you are lucky to get the chance to book at this place, do not hesitate ... it worth.

Pros: Big compliments to the host! She truly goes the extra mile to make sure all her guests feel welcome and taken care of. The rooms are very nice, the location is great. Everything is in walking distance and easy to find.

Cons: The bed was a little bit to hard for me.

Pros: The location was fantastic for the proximity to the train station and metro lines. The room was very clean and felt spacious. Consuelo, our host, was a lovely lady. She made us feel very welcome. She spent time making recommendations and providing information about the city, which was much appreciated. Grazie mille!

Cons: There really wasn't anything to dislike. An improved selection for breakfast and instructions on how to change the tv from Italian, were the only recommendations we could make.

Pros: Excellent location. Our host, Consuelo, was very helpful and even assisted us in carrying our bags upstairs to our room.

Great value with an outstanding host

Pros: Good location with a fab host that provided outstanding recommendations on places to eat. We ate at 2 of her recommendations for dinner in our 3 night stay and both were amazing. The fact you get complementary breakfast coffee and a snack was a very pleasant surprise. Will definitely stay here again if in Rome.
