Pros: Great location, near Roma Termini and tourist spots. Helpful staff, when we arrived, they had the elevator maintenance service. Roberto informed us ahead of time, and they came and helped us out with our luggage.

Pros: Great location, easy to reach main monuments and sites. Very friendly and helpful hosts. Quiet building (guest house is on the 5th floor and there is no one above). Bedroom and bathroom were very clean and the bed was confortable.

Cons: Lack of soundproofing between the bedroom and the corridor/entrance lobby. Faint unpleasant smell coming from the drainpipe in the bathroom (the mechanical ventilation was very efficient but the smell came back when not in use)

Pros: The apartment was newly renovated, everything was super clean and new. They had everything you’d need in the apartment and they come and clean everyday. Also at the entrance of the apartments there was a lady(owner?) every morning until noon that was very welcoming and helpful with whatever you’d need. Also at the reception you can find a coffee machine and a microwave oven with free coffee and tea. 10/10 the best apartment I’ve ever stayed on a trip.
