Great location, comfy bed :)

Pros: Fantastic location 5min walk from the Spanish steps. Property does not have an elevator so those with mobility issues may find it difficult. The roof top terrace was superb with free espresso and some mid-winter sun!

Cons: A small hiccup with the hot water at 6am which was promptly rectified THANKYOU! :D

Cons: The damp smell from the bathroom - it would be great if you could improve that, but I realise that it is probably very difficult in historic buildings

Pros: Very nice location, clean rooms and a very nice rooftop, something that was imporant when booking in Rome. We didn't need our room to be cleaned on the first night and the small chocolate as a \

Cons: I will not deduct points for this, but I really cannot understand why the city tax cant be included on the final price. Being asked for extra money and for some reason only on cash was kind of weird. Dont say it's wrong, just not the way Im used to do it. Also beware for the entrance, it's easy to miss it, if it comes to that just call the hotel.

I really like the room size, high ceiling and clean bathroom.

Pros: Location excellent, helpful staff, clean room, good bathroom size. It was amazing to be near everything in the center of the city. Nice terrace too, great view.

Cons: There is no lift, we were ok as we have light luggage and we stay on the first floor but someone with heavy luggage and top room may struggle. The staff is very helpful though.

Pros: Great modern and spacious room. Bathroom was clean and pressure of the shower was excellent.

Cons: No elevator so had to climb stairs with large suitcases. Room was noisy during the night due to the street. Could do with some soundproofing.
