Pros: A wonderful location on a cozy Italian street right in the heart of Rome, within walking distance of the main attractions. There are plenty of boutique shops and local restaurants nearby. The room is perfectly clean and has air conditioning. It’s quiet at night- an ideal place to stay in Rome.

Pros: I don't usually write reviews, but this accommodation truly deserves it. If you're hesitating because of the small number of reviews, don't—it's only because the place is new. Everything is brand new, clean, and the apartment is more spacious than usual. The staff is friendly and professional (excellent communication), the location is great, and the street is quiet. Highly recommended.

Cons: I have no complaints—maybe just a small suggestion to add a coffee machine, although there’s a great café just 10 meters away with excellent coffee.

Exceptional stay în the centre of Rome!

Pros: Excellent and brand new establisment, spotlessly clean and confortable. The location îs very central and convenient in order to visit everything on foot. The metro station Spanga îs 5 minutes far and three stops far from Termini train station, where you can take the Leonardo Express line and in 30 minunes reach the Fiumicino airport. Ana, our hostess, was very polite, helpful and always reachable on the phone. She was also very kind to offer us a bottle of Prosecco for my birthday.

Cons: Nothing, everything was perfect!

Pros: L'emplacement, calme et central, près des commerces et pas trop loin des sites touristiques dont on peut rejoindre une grande partie à pied. Confort et propreté.

Cons: Nous n'avons pas réussi sélectionner un programme qui ne soit pas en italien, notamment pas de programmes de télévision. Il manque un mode d'emploi pour les personnes qui ne possèdent pas de téléviseur comme nous.

Pros: Soggiorno incantevole nel cuore di Roma. Arredato in modo elegante e funzionale! (Molto apprezzati armadio e cassetti) ambiente pulito e staff disponibile. Consigliatissimo!

Camera funzionale e di gusto , in pieno centro .

Pros: La camera e' funzionale ed e' arredata con gusto; il letto e' comodo , cosi' pure il bagno. Ottima la posizione della struttura, in pieno centro, tra piazza di Spagna e piazza del Popolo, in una strada non trafficata. Jenia e' molto gentile, simpatica e disponibile.

Cons: Niente non mi e' piaciuto! Dovessi dare un consiglio, in base alle mie personali esigenze, doterei le finestre ( ben isolanti!) di tende piu' oscuranti, pur essendoci gli scurin!
