Amazing would return

Pros: Extremely well located, clean, quiet at night, bed was comfortable. We stayed in the winter and the room was warm. Staff were amazing and really helpful. 100% would recommend.

Charming little room in stellar location

Pros: The location is an absolute catch! 7 minute walk from the Spanish steps and metro station Flamino. The room was also nestled at the back of the building, away from all the commotion on the streets. It was also SUPER warm which is a rarity for Italian BnBs which often have barely any heating. Charming little room in a stellar location.

Cons: The furniture has seen better days but I'm nitpicking at this point. It's perfect otherwise.

Very enjoyable.

Pros: The location was excellent for n walking distance of all the landmarks in Rome.

Cons: We were woken at 6am by the occupants in the room above. Not very well soundproofed.

We just love the location. Five minutes to the Spanish steps 15 minute stroll to the Trevi fountain it was amazing. Righ

Pros: We loved the location and we loved how clean it was. It was very convenient for everything. The air conditioning was such a beautiful relief from the hot weather. The communication was easy via WhatsApp. And the elevator was a treat at the end of a long day.

Pros: Location is excellent, right in central Rome within walking distance of the main tourist attractions. Very good value for location. Able to be independent in check-in and helpful and responsive with facilitating requests.
