Rome is amazing , Palazzo Tridente , Ludovica and Francesco 10/10 .

Pros: I was in one city break , in february ,in Rome with my family ( me my wife and my daughter 21 yesrs , three adults) . I choice Palazzo Tridente from Booking . and I made the best choice . Ludovica and Francesco wonderful hosts , even though we didn't meet face to face they gave us all the details (list of the closest restaurants, bars, attractions) and every day a message, if you need anything we are here, how nice 🤗. Location is great , very clean , in one minute we have bus station . Rome is amazing and and I definitely choose all the time Palazzo Tridente . Ludovica and Francesco 10/10 . Grazzie per tutti. 🤗🤗

Lovely

Pros: The location is perfect, we could walk around and see the main sightseeing in the city. The apartment was pretty good, spacious and clean. We loved staying at Palazzo Trident.

Pros: Lovely room, central location, very responsive and helpful staff

Cons: We struggled with the electronic door lock to main building. Needs good wifi/internet connection and need to keep enough power in your phone to get back in!!!

Pros: Very clean and centric!!! The tem was super responsive and let us leave our luggages after check out, they extended the code for us to enter the building. Really all super simple, and they left tea and everything in the room and this was amazing !

Pros: It was a good layout for three people with the single bed around the corner, and the windows had blinds which blocked the sun pretty well. It was a big room with high ceilings. The shower worked well.

Cons: The bed, only a king size, was very uncomfortable with springs that you could feel poking through. They really need a mattress topper or something to make it bearable. Also the shower leaked water across out of it rather easily which meant quite a bit of mopping up every time you had a shower and the basin has a ridiculous glass shelf just above it which means that you can't wash your face properly without all splashing water on the floor as there's not enough room.

Pros: Fabulous location. Ludovica was an excellent host and always easy to get hold of.

Cons: No kettle in the room, had to go to a shared kitchen to make tea and coffee, but Ludovica very kindly brought a kettle to our room

Great for a weekend in Rome

Pros: The hosts were very helpful and responded quickly to every email or call. The location was great, so everything was a 30-40' walk maximum.

Cons: The room had a private bathroom, but the kitchen along with the other amenities (except the fridge) were in a shared space for the 2 rooms that were on our floor. Felt more like a hotel rather than an apartment. The shared space (entrance, kitchen) did not really bother us, but we would like to have known it before we booked.
