A warm welcome in Roma!

Pros: The location is great, right by Conca d'Oro metro station which takes you straight into the centre of Rome quickly and easily, and a small supermarket just a few minutes walk away. It is on the fourth floor and accessible by a small elevator - we had to collapse our pram to get in but we developed a good system! It was incredibly and impressively clean. We had everything we needed. The host meet us on arrival and was very supportive and communicative. It is a lovely place to stay and we would stay there again. Please note, as of this moment (June 2025), there is an additional linen charge of 20 Euros per person and no WiFi. It was peaceful, with good air conditioning and all amenities. We would recommend staying at this lovely apartment.

Pros: We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this apartment in Rome! The location is truly brilliant, making it incredibly easy to get on the blue metro line which is a very convenient public transport link nearby. The apartment itself is wonderfully spacious, it was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. A big plus was seeing that the photos online were recent and true to life. The apartment looks exactly as pictured, which is always reassuring when booking online. What really made our trip special was the brilliant host, they were so welcoming and helpful; communication was excellent from booking to check-out. Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better experience. We would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Rome and would definitely stay here again!

Good but

Pros: La propietà era fantastica,la cucina ben ammobiliata, i letti molto accoglienti e comodi. La biancheria pulita. La zona é tranquilla,un po' lontano dal centro ma per il prezzo che si paga ci sta. L'unica cosa che magari segnalerei é che si predono 30 euro extra per La biancheria e nella descrizione di booking non é specificato.

Cons: Se venite con la macchina é impossibile trovare parcheggio,c'é un parcheggio vicino ma sono 3 Euro la prima ora e 2 Euro tutte le ore seguenti.
