It is a good value for money solution close to the city center.

Pros: It is a perfect value for money solution for a city break. It is basically a large apartment with 3 rooms (with own bathrooms) and shared kitchen and sitting room. Bus services, a lovely park, supermarket are a few steps away. City center is only 15-20minutes walk. The host was very helpful, caring, met my special needs. Very flexible. The bed was a bit too soft for me, but that is a personal issue. The apartment has a large shared terrace to have your meals outside. Typical Italian breakfast provided with juice, yoghurt, sweet pastry and jam. Overall I am happy with what I have received.

Cons: The street behind is a bit noisy with a car and furniture workshop, but if you are there to see the city you will not be around much anyways.

Very good for short stay, as base camp to discover the Rome treasures

Pros: The location, staff, cleanliness are all as expected, and proof of higher quality than some alternatives. Italian (sweet) breakfast was satisfactory, and cleaning was done on daily basis. Easy access to public transport. The support on WhatsApp is almost real time

Cons: the neighboring street is not quiet, with traffic going through. The owner is actively planning on improving and refreshing some various infrastructure components

Pros: The room was just lovely and the apartment was beautifully cleaned and presented. Danilo contacted me on WhatsApp before the check-in and kept in touch during the whole stay. Very impressed!

Pros: If you are planning to stay for one night and this hotel is perfect for that appointment

Cons: The windows open out to the roadway and sound isolation is poor (I recommend using earplugs if you want to get a good night's sleep)

Pros: The room was spacious good sized shower There was a kitchen and good sized outside space

Cons: No kettle in the kitchen had to boil water in mug in microwave. They provided teabags

Pros: Danilo was extremely helpful with any queries. The location was good, just outside the old city walls. The property is spacious, well maintained, and clean. The use of the terrace is particularly nice.

Great value-price relationship

Pros: The property is well connected to the city center. You have a bus stop right at the door.

Cons: The owner (?) tried to speak with me in messages but didnt reply me in time after they wrote, it was a problem specially when we had a problem

Nice little gem!

Pros: Very comfortable space, with a lot of common areas, kitchen, dining room, open terrace. Everything spacious, clean and nice looking.

Cons: It looks bit worse then on pictures, simply older, but still beautiful. Location was well connected to the city but not so close by foot.
