Lovely host, loved our balcony, nice bathroom, secure building

Pros: Comfortable, great location for transport options, very clean, breakfast, coffee and snacks

A great choice for a multi-day holiday

Pros: The room was large, comfortable and nicely decorated. The bathroom was also large and clean, and the shower had several settings. The room was serviced daily. Breakfast was self-service, but not limited in time - you could theoretically have breakfast at 5pm. Best of all was the huge terrace in the shared area where you could sit for breakfast and watch parakeets (yes, there are some in certain districts of Rome!) and baby seagulls on the opposite roof.

Cons: You can always start to nitpick, but for me/us there was nothing wrong.

Great room shared b&b

Pros: Great room with a little balcony. Very clean. Helpful communication. Nice breakfast available when you want it. About 10 mins walk to the metro. Great local restaurants in all directions. Secure building with a much needed lift. Nice safe area. I was studying at Luiss Business School- about 10 mins up the road.

Cons: All good.

Fabulous stay in an incredible city

Pros: Lovely clean and spacious rooms. Help yourself breakfast was amazing Manuela was so helpful via What’s app Location was great near bus stops and a short walk to the underground

Lovely accommodation and fantastically helpful host!

Pros: It was such a great help to me to have breakfast provided, especially given my short stay. Manuela also organised my very early taxi ride to the train station for the next morning. It made such a difference for me!

All in all it was the right Hotel for me in Rom!!!

Pros: The staff, in particular the lady at the reception, was extremely helpful !!

Worth recommendation place to stay in Rome

Pros: Great localization, quiet neighborhood, very friendly host who were answering me all questions despite the hour. :) The place had everything to feel comfortable including good air-conditioning, which is a must in a July-august period.

It is convenient to live here, staff is responsible, it will be better if the door was soundproofed.

Pros: The facilities are quite complete and the staff are very responsible and timely.

Cons: The soundproofing at the door is not very good and it can be very noisy sometimes.

Quiet. Good value.

Pros: Location is 15 min walk from Piazza Bologna. The facilities are good for a single traveler. Might be ok for couples who don't plan to stay long in the room. It's good for sleeping or resting during travel, but not to hang around. Relatively clean. Bathroom was very nice. Bidet is a huge plus. Good shower. I appreciated the self check-in. The breakfast was also self-service and looked nice (I eat out on vacations to try different food). There was a nice balcony in my room and a patio on on the common area. The neighborhood was quiet. Manuela was gentilissima during our chats.

Cons: Thin walls, if you know what I mean... Relatively clean. Slight mouldy odour (like most old Italian houses). Room kinda small but somehow bigger than expected.

Pros: Nice & clean. Very organised apartment. Host is always there for you on WhatsApp.
