Pros: Manuel was very responsive and helpful before and during the reservation, also gave us guides when we arrived. The neighbourhood is nice, like you are in Harry Poter movie, with park etc.😅 Very clean, and near the center, also the buses are near.

Perfect place to stay.
Pros: Very clean. Location is perfect. Near are bus and metro stations. In 50m there are grocery shops, bar, pizza, restaurants, everything you need. The building is quiet. Manuel is very nice, respectful with sense of humor. I recommend it.

lovely apartment with great value-price ratio, good location and a helpful host
Pros: Location was perfect to me as my main destination place was visible through the apartment window. But also in general, it is a good location close to metro line A. It is not located in the really crowdy and noisy part of the city but it is enough close to it. The Colosseum is about 20-25 minutes walking distance from the accommodation. Cafe Valentini is in the same building, in which the breakfast coupons can be used. There is a good coffee there with mostly sweet food selection (cornettis). Mini kitchen for basic needs. Good and clean bathroom with a bidet, though the shower is quite small. The accommodation is really nice with a space-saving gallery. There is a beautiful internal garden surrounded by the house blocks.
Cons: The window looks to outside - unfortunately, not to the internal garden - and it does not insulate the outside noise perfectly (though I could sleep with no issues). Lack of washing machine and air conditioner, it can be really hot in summer time.

very comfortable
Pros: A lovely and comfortable apartment – just perfect for two people. From this part of Rome, you can easily get anywhere by bus or metro. There’s also a fantastic café with excellent staff right nearby, where we had breakfast every day. Communication with the apartment owner was also excellent, and I’d really like to thank him for that. When I return to Rome, this will definitely be my first choice of accommodation.

Pros: A very beautiful inner courtyard overlooking a charming square with lovely cafés and an authentic Italian atmosphere. The city center and a supermarket are both nearby. The overall ambiance is delightful. The apartment is compact yet very cozy and functional — spotlessly clean and equipped with everything you might need

Very nice place to stay in Rome
Pros: We book 4 rooms (for 2, 3, 3 and 4 people for each). All rooms have their own bathroom and kitchen which is very convenient. All rooms are connected with the common areas with one big door to access, but each room can lock their room's door, so we can feel private and can still have fun as a group at the same time. Kitchen is fully equipped, so you have everything you need for cooking. Although this place is not in the central of Rome, the location is close to bus stop and not far from metro station (500 m). There are many supermarkets nearby that you can buy food & stuff. Also nice cafes close to the place. Also not too crowded of people around. Airport service provided is also great (good price, gentle driver, big car). The owner is also very kind, easy to contact and willing to help when we have question or problems :D If we go back to Rome again, we will for sure come back to this place ^^
Cons: Stair to go up to the bed is a bit steep and might be a bit difficult for old people. Rooms for 2 and 3 people are great but the one for 4 people (room #1) is a bit small. Hangers in the room are all attached quite high (difficult to use). TV is attached quite high from the ground and difficult to watch at the normal level (need to be on the bed to watch TV comfortably). Elevator is quite small (if you have luggage, only one person can go each round) - need to spare time if many people gonna use the elevator.
