Nice apartment in a residential area.

Pros: The apartment is located in a residential area, with a close by supermarket and nice restaurants. The host was nice and helpful. The house was well equipped.

Cons: The nearest subway is 10 minutes walking.

Pros: Excellent location in a very nice district. The supermarket is very close to the flat. Metro is available as well, Vatican is 15 minutes away by foot. A lot of furniture available, coffee, tea, and bathing appliances.

Cons: It is a bit dark, because it is on the ground floor. No smart TV available.

Good location, clean appartment, great value for money.

Pros: Good location with the option for free parking. Walking distance to Stadio Olimpico, Vatican and Metro station. With the temperatures over 40 the air condition was very useful. The appartment was already cooled down when we arrived. Towels, bed sheets... are included and also basic things for cooking are available. Host Laura also supprised us with some snacks at arrival. Supermarket is just across the street.

Cons: Nearest Metro station is 800 m walk which is a little far to walk several times a day. But the bus station is in front of appartment, which is also a good alternative.

Pros: The host was super nice and helpful. The apartment is in a wonderful area. Full with cafes and restaurants, away from the buzz of the city. If you really want to get away, there are forested hills and parks close by. It takes about 20 to 30 minutes to the city. The host always reacted immediately to our messages and was diligent about fixing the two things, which unfortunately stopped working during our stay, in one way or another. All together we had a good stay, a friendly interaction with the host and enjoyed the neighborhood.

Perfect stay

Pros: Very clean apartment, good position to the metro and about 10 minutes from vatican on foot. The host was super nice and friendly. Street parking is available with a bit of luck, otherwise a garage is supposed to be near by. We had our car right next to the apartment for the whole 5 days. I would come again to this apartment when next time in Rome.

Cons: The apartment can get a bit humid if you dont open the windows from time to time, but nothing to serious.

Estancia Excelente y Laura, la anfitriona, maravillosa

Pros: Buenas ubicación, anfitriona excelente. Nos surgieron algunos cambios en la planificación del viaje y nos ayudó muchísimo. Tienes todo lo necesario para desayunar. Se preocupó por nuestra llegada. Hasta nos localizó un huevo para aparcar y que no tuviésemos que pagar parking. Ubicación muy buena. Un supermercado casi al lado. Laura te explica en el mapa que nos deja dónde están los principales monumentos para visitar y líneas de metro y autobús para llegar. Cama de matrimonio muy confortable y el sofá es cama también individual con otra supletoria. Pueden dormir 4 personas muy cómodamente. Calefacción muy agradable. Microondas y cafetera de cápsulas con todo lo necesario. Repetiremos!!

Cons: Todo nos gustó. Quizás huele un poquito a humedad al ser una planta semisótano, pero tiene unos ambientadores estupendos y puedes abrir las ventanas para airear. No me gustó el trato de los dueños del parking que hay en esa calle. Aprovecharon para cobrarnos la estancia por adelantado de los 5 días y sin el descuento que hacen a los clientes de Laura, para evitar que aparcáramos donde ella nos reservó. La anfitriona de 10.

Pros: + Удобно местоположение, чисто и уютно, разполага с всичко необходимо. Любезни домакини.

Perfetto per soggiorno con bimbi, proprietaria gentilissima.

Pros: Appartamento molto comodo per due adulti + bambino. Posizione ottima a 10 minuti dalla fermata Metro, Vaticano a due passi e con supermercato ben fornito proprio di fronte casa. Proprietaria oltremodo gentile e disponibile sia prima che durante il soggiorno.

Cons: Niente da segnalare.

Pros: Ottima struttura, vicino ci sono i mezzi pubblici per raggiungere il centro.

Pros: Bella casa, bellissima posto. Poi raggiungere in 15 minuti a Vaticano caminando. Bar, ristoranti e mini market poi trovare intorno.Sempre disponibile il proprietario. E bella zona tranquilla 😊
