Pros: A lovely big apartment with tall ceilings. Nice quiet area of Rome. Our host gave us easy instructions on how to enter the apartment using an app and stayed in contact for anything we may need. Around a 15 minute walk down to the nearest metro to take you into the centre of Rome. Our host left us plenty of information about restaurants close by and where the supermarket was etc.

A comfortable stay at an excelent location!
Pros: Very good and central location, with short access to transportation, supermarkets and restaurants. The owners were very helpfull and nice.
Cons: the key to the bathroom door could be a bit tricky…

Very clean, spacious apartment, with excellent host. I recommend it especially for families.
Pros: Casa Volver is excellent apartment, on the 3rd floor in the elegant building, with elevator. Very clean, bright, spacious rooms with comfortable beds and pillows. In the kitchen there is everything you could need, even coffee, sugar, olive oil, dishwasher, etc. In the bathroom there is washing machine. Mariateresa welcomed us with cookies and even brought chocolate eggs for children, because we arrived on our Easter. She is wonderful host, promptly answered on all our questions. She provided extra blankets. Her list of personal recommendations helped us a lot. Very close to apartment is bus stop and supermarket, and metro station is 15 min away, Vatican museums reachable by foot, and for the center of the city you need 30 min.
Cons: Nothing. Everything was as expected.

Our stay was very comfortable and Mariateresa was lovely! 10/10!
Pros: The property is spacious and very clean! The location was also fantastic - would definitely recommend! Mariateresa went above and beyond - she was prompt in responding when I had questions - she even got my mum a cake for her birthday when she didn’t have to! The location was great too, a supermarket just across the road and the metro only a 12 minutes walk away and lovely restaurants nearby.

Great location
Pros: We loved the location of the apartment, with a supermarket, shops, cafes and restaurants close by. Mariateresa recommended the Vino Bono, within a couple of minutes walk, we had excellent pizzas at a reasonable price. We were able to walk to all the major tourist attractions, pre-book if wishing to go inside the queues are very long. We were over for the Italy v Ireland match and walked to the stadium too, the atmosphere was fantastic. The apartment itself was spotless and larger than we were expecting, the lift was very welcome after a long day sightseeing. Mariateresa is an excellent host, replying to emails and what's app messages promptly. We had a problem with a shutter that was sticking and managed to break it on our last morning. Mariateresa arranged to have it repaired before we left at no charge. We would have no hesitation in rebooking Cada Volver should we return to Rome.
Cons: Traffic noise but this was to be expected

Gute Lage für Rombesuch
Pros: Die Lage war gut. Vatikan ist fussläufig etwa 15 min weg. Es gibt auch diverse Buslinien um die Ecke mit denen man bequem ins Centro Storico oder nach Trastevere kommt. Auch sind gute und günstige Restaurants, Bars und Gelaterien in näherer Umgebung.
Cons: Die Geräuschkulisse aus den Nachbarwohnungen waren doch sehr laut. Nachbarshund könnte man gerade Abends/Nachts sehr laut tapsen hören. Anreise mit Auto ist möglich. Im Hof Durchgang gibt es eine betreute Garage für 25 Euro/Nacht. Öffentliche Parkplätze sind glücks- und nervensache

Acogedor departamento, bien ubicado
Pros: La distibución del departamento es muy agradable. Tenía buenas instalaciones para un viaje en familia. La cocina muy bien equipada, incluso con cafetera. Lahost excelente, preocupada de nuestra llegada y nuestra comodidad. Además, nos permitió llegar antes ya que nuestro vuelo llegaba muy temprano por lo que pudimos aprovechar al máximo nuestra estadía en roma.
Cons: El lugar es cercano a puntos de interés del vaticano y al metro. Se debe caminar cerca de 15 minutos. Muy apropiado para familias jóvenes quizás no es la mejor opción para adultos mayores. Las toallas requieren ser cambiadas.

Sentirsi a casa
Pros: Mi é piaciuto tutto! L'appartamento é arredato con molta cura. I letti e cuscini erano comodissimi. L'aria condizionata era funzionante. Il bagno era completo di tutto, doccia, bidet e finestra. Nella camera da letto grande vi era anche un balconcino con tavolino e due sedie. La cucina é ampia ed equipaggiata di tutto. La struttura dista circa 10 minuti a piedi dalla metro Ottaviano e circa 10 minuti a piedi da Piazza San Pietro. A 100 m dalla struttura ci sono bar e mini market. È stata veramente una gradevole permanenza, come sentirsi a casa propria. Complimenti!!!!
