Lovely stay

Pros: Amazing location by the Vatican, quiet location, lovely street with lots of great places to eat, great bathroom, comfy bed, clean, and lovely lady who prepares breakfast.

Cons: Nothing!

Pros: The apartment was very cozy, clean, everything you need is there, the host is very friendly, cheerful, sociable, the breakfast he prepared was very delicious, I recommend staying and getting to know Mauro👍😎🤝

Very close to the Vatican

Pros: Great location very nice shower and an interesting layout although I’m not certain I would call it a hotel also the room was much smaller than the photos suggest

Cons: The photos made the property look a lot bigger but generally speaking it’s a very nice property and great proximity to the Vatican

Pros: I had a wonderful stay at this room/apartment in Rome. Everything was exactly as described – clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The room was cozy and perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the city. The location is excellent, with easy access to public transport, shops, and major attractions. The area felt safe and quiet, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast was included and very convenient – a great way to start each day. Our hosts, Sara and Stefano, were friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. Check-in went smoothly, and communication was clear and easy. Overall, I had a great experience and would happily stay here again. I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant and hassle-free stay in Rome!

A fantastic stay in a perfect location, with great hospitality that made our Rome trip unforgettable

Pros: Excellent location and a wonderful place to stay. It’s super close to the Vatican and St. Peter’s Cathedral, which made exploring the city so easy. Everything was super clean, modern, and very quiet — perfect for relaxing. Mauro is incredibly friendly and helpful; he gave us lots of great recommendations for local restaurants and things to do, and every suggestion was fantastic. The apartment felt cozy and well-equipped, making our stay very comfortable. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

Cons: There really wasn’t anything significant to dislike. If I had to pick something, maybe the weather was too sunny one day for my taste — but that’s hardly the apartment’s fault! :)

Pros: The host was fantastic! He was attentive, kind and nothing was too much trouble. My fiancée is coeliac and although we hadn't told him prior to arriving he went out and bought her gluten free items for breakfast. It is a fantastic location, close to all the attractions. The room was very clean, as was the bathroom. The shower is amazing and very large. The air conditioning worked really well, which was needed as it was over 35 degrees. We will definitely stay here again as it met all of our needs and more.
