Pros: Staff and Fabrizio were very kind. Nice place in Rome. It will be good if property holder will accept credit card also.

Pros: Accomodation is not new, but it's very clean! It had everything you need. Fabrizio was a great host: my friend and I got very easy instructions from Fabrizio, and communication was great. You can go to the city center: by walk, by bus (every bus station is max 5 minutes away from accomodation by walk), by combining metro (metro is 10 minutes by walk from accomodation) and bus.

Pros: Clean, close to the bus station, no noise. Fabrizzio is very nice.

Cons: It was litlle cold in the room. Heating was off and aircondicioner was not able to heat. Floor is very cold and I recomend to bring some slippers with you. But everything else was good.

Ottima soluzione e ottima posizione

Pros: Ottima soluzione per i viaggiatori singoli. Situato vicino alla metro della linea B Policlinico e vicino agli splendidi giardini di Villa Torlonia. Fabrizio, il proprietario, è molto disponibile, e prima della partenza mi ha inviato indicazioni utili su come arrivare ed entrare nel B&B.

Pros: B&B situato in un'ottima posizione, all'interno di un palazzo molto grande e ben tenuto. Camera comoda, spaziosa e pulita; pulito anche il bagno, attrezzato di tutto il necessario. Colazione più che sufficiente, con possibilità di rifornirsi nella hall. Personale davvero molto gentile e disponibile. Tornerei con piacere!

Pros: Posizione strategica, a 15 minuti di autobus dalla stazione Tiburtina. B&B in un palazzo veramente di pregio. Camera molto ampia e ben tenuta. Set per la colazione abbondante. Bagno comodo che sarebbe il top con un box al posto della tendina per la doccia. Assolutamente consigliato.
