Pros: Nice room and convenient location. Bus stops and metro close by. Several restaurants in the area.

Great for our 48 hours in rome

Pros: Very spacious room, clean and tidy and great facilities. Location was good as was more than we expected within walking distance. But we did use uber quite abit however to get to all the main attractions. Communication through WhatsApp with the hotel which was convenient for us. All the codes we needed was sent to us which was handy. Overall we really enjoyed our stay ☺️

Cons: Found the bed comfortable on the first night, probably where we was so tired from travelling as was a very long day for us..however the second night not so much. Mattress very hard which gave us both sore backs.

Would highly recommend, great value for money.

Pros: Room was very spacious. Was excellent having access to serve yourself breakfast, which we could enjoy on our balcony. Location was a short walk to public transport and great authentic restaurants.

Cons: Wifi signal was weak but didn’t bother us.

Ok if you don’t need breakfast

Pros: Nice host, good location (15 min by bus to Colosseum), clean room and comfortable bed

Cons: Breakfast is just a buffet with some sweets and yoghurt, not an actual breakfast. One morning we did not have water to shower or to use the sink

Pros: Kind and helpful staff, offering all the information needed for a comfortable stay. Very clean rooms (bed sheets and towels changed every two days, for example), cozy and intimate atmosphere, especially in the common area. Location with easy access to every major POI (two stops from Termini by bus). Cookies, cakes, yogurts, fruit juices, café, available non-stop in the common area. A very nice experience overall!

Cons: The view of the room led to the inner court of the building, which wasn't the most exciting show to watch, but remember, if coming to Rome for a few days, all you need at the end of the day is a comfortable bed (which we had indeed) to crush on after the longest hours of discovering the city by foot. So - in that regard, not a real issue. Instead, our kids were having the main street view from their room. The other downside was that the room was not having a balcony at all, but this could be bad news for smokers only - if you know what I mean... Finally, don't expect the included breakfast to be the \

Pros: Was very good, clean and friendly. Near the bus stop and very good restaurant.

Pros: Perfect home with all conveniences. Everything is clean and tidy. Comfortable kitchen is full of almost everything for breakfast.

I would come again 100%

Pros: Super nice, cleaned. It smelled so fresh and nice. every day the room was cleaned

Cons: if the breakfast could be little bit different. it has only sweet stuff. But the beverages had a lot of options
