Pros: We had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed our time in this apartment. The location is excellent, and the atmosphere of the place is very cozy and pleasant - it really feels like home. The apartment is very well equipped and has everything needed for a comfortable stay. Everything was clean, well organized, and thoughtfully prepared. The host was absolutely amazing - very kind, attentive, and helpful from the moment of booking until check-out. Communication was easy and smooth, and we felt very well taken care of throughout our stay. Highly recommended! We would be very happy to stay here again.

Pros: Lulu was communicative, location was great so that was appreciated. It was a clean stay

Cons: Noise isolation wasn’t there at all so if you are a light sleeper, at 7am you will be awakened. The breakfast isn’t really anything much and the double bed was just two twin beds so a bit uncomfortable to sleep in.

A cozy hotel with a great location, friendly hosts, and good value for money.

Pros: Very nice stay. Clean and comfortable rooms, great location near Termini station and the metro. The hosts are friendly and helpful, which creates a welcoming atmosphere. Breakfast is simple but tasty. Good value for money. I would gladly stay here again

Nice and cozy B&B in a 'tactic' position

Pros: The host has been really fantastic, helpful with all the things i might have had to ask, curiosities or whatever else. Really tactic position, pretty close to Termini train station and Castro Pretorio metro station

Cons: All in all, nothing to point out, everything was smooth and really enjoyable.

Pros: Great location and service! The B&B's entrance is small but the room and bathroom is pretty spacious, light, and clean. Also, Mrs. Lulu's bubbly personality is worth the stay. She is super helpful and organized, and takes care of her B&B responsibly. The cost includes breakfast but don't expect anything extraordinary (cornetto and caffè at a local bar under the B&B). Regardless, it's much better than the usual packaged muffins and machine coffee.
