A great central location to enjoy the many delights of Rome

Pros: Alex is a considerate and generous host who is attentive to his guests needs. We stayed in the green room which has the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in on holiday. The location is superb with just a 5 minute walk to Rome Termini station, which has an easy direct route to the airport and train, metro and bus connections.

Cons: You do get some noise from customers of the hotels in the street, but this had no impact on my sleep pattern.

Great location and host, would come back given the chance.

Pros: The location was perfect, close to the station. Bed was very comfortable and I slept well. Owner was very helpful and attentive.

Cons: Breakfast was simple, maybe I just haven’t gotten used to continental breakfasts yet. We had beautiful hot weather so chilled juice and yogurts would have been nicer.

Very nice-Value for money

Pros: The location was very good (very close to the train station and close to the historical center too) but was quiet at night. The room was comfortable, it had a small desk, a chair and a wardrobe which we really appreciated. It looked like it had recently been repainted and everything was super nice. The room was cleaned daily and it was value for money. The host was amazing, super kind, very helpful, friendly and always willing to help!

Pros: Very convenient for Rome Termini station. Good local restaurant. Alex was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable.

Amazing location and very friendly staff

Pros: The location was perfect for an overnight stay, walking distance to the Termini Station but also close to all the major attractions. The staff were amazing incredibly helpful and welcoming.
