Pros: Welcoming host, easy to communicate despite languages difference, room was as expected. Very good breakfast option at the near by cafe. Excellent location

30th birthday trip to Rome

Pros: Central location and Mrs Totti was lovely and very accommodating!

Cons: There was quite a lot of noise from other guests so possibly the rooms could be soundproofed a bit more maybe. It would have been nice to have a kettle in our room for a hot drink in the morning too.

Pros: The best location in Rome. Close to the Termini Station and the Baths of Diocletian, in a cozy and quiet street.

Cons: The common area, like the kitchen and living room, can not be used by the guests. The owner, that is a very cute and amazing person, uses it for personal purposes all the time, like doing the finances or cleaning services.

Nice

Pros: We loved Mrs Totti, the bed was very comfortable and the room was nicely furnished. There was a nice bathroom.

Cons: No proper glasses, although there was plastic cups. So thank you x Mrs Totti gave us proper tea cups x

Pros: - perfect location, close to Baths of Diocletian, Termini Station and Santa Maria Maggiore - comfortable room - easy check in even in later hours because the host lives here - possibility to leave luggage after check out

Cons: a private bathroom would be better but it's not a big deal (also you have to remember that this building has limitations on usage of water and power so showers shouldn't be longer than 10 min and for A/C you pay extra)

Pros: We had the most incredible 5 days staying here. Mrs Totti was absolutely wonderful and although we speak no Italian Mrs Totti made sure to find a way we could understand her. The rooms are spacious and clean and is close to all amenities. Fantastic value for money.

Cozy stay next to Termini train station

Pros: The location is right next to Termini, perfect to get into Rome but also if you need to catch a flight home in the morning like us. The room was cozy and nice, and the shared bathroom had the necessary facilities. You get the keys to the house and room, so we felt this was both easy and safe.

Cons: The shared bathroom could have been a bit cleaner and neater, but was still fine.

Well located apartment in Rome but located on a rather noisy street.

Pros: Nicely located with host on site at all times. We arrived early and were able to leave our bags in the room and collect the keys. The host tried hard to assist us during our stay but the language barrier was an issue but we appreciated her efforts. We got a breakfast on one morning that was not expected.

Cons: Was a lot of noise from outside the apartment. Sounded like bottles being broken regularly. People on the street and restaurant below were very noisy and intrusive at times. Shared bathroom ok but never ideal.

Pros: We only stayed one night, but we wish we could have stayed longer. The apartment is cozy and conveniently located near Termini Train Station. The host was very friendly and polite. Our high recommendation!
