Great location and host. Perfect for first time visit!
Pros: The host is very kind. He gave us lots of useful tips. The location is great, both for taking metro and walking to popular sights.
Cons: Mouldy room.

Overall, I highly recommend this place. Definitely, I will use this hotel when I come back to Rome.
Pros: The location was excellent. It is near the train station(Roma Termini), public transportation is easy to catch. Upon arrival from the train, we just walked to reach the hotel. There is bus going to the airport across the street. It is very convenient. It will take an hour to ride the bus to the airport. Lots of restaurants nearby. Our room was cleaned everyday. We had bread and pastries for the breakfast. Andrea and Simona were very nice and professional people. There is a lift to use for luggages. Easy accessibility to the hotel using the codes and keys. I highly recommend this place.
Cons: It could be better if there is a small microwave.

Pros: A very friendly welcome. Excellent breakfast which could be eaten in room, on the terrace or taken out for lunch for those leaving early on pilgrimage. Staffordshire were kind and very helpful. A great location for bus, train metro and walking.
Cons: Nothing we didn't like.

2 nights stay at Nights in Rome..
Pros: The staff at Nights in Rome were very helpful, from the moment we booked this accommodation to checking in and throughout our stay Simona was great. The rooms are basic but very clean, great for short stay to explore Rome. Location was brilliant being only a 5 min walk to Termini station where you can get great places to eat, hop on hop off buses, metro and trains. All the main sites of interest can be walked to from this location.
Cons: Nothing I didn't like.

Pros: The two ladies Domenica and Barbara are wonderful as hospitality and responsiveness. If I have to rate them the assessment will be above 10. The lift was not always in best shape, but at least was working :-).
Cons: All was fine.

Great BnB to see the city
Pros: We were greeted by Simona, lovely welcoming warm person, she gaves us so much information on where to go and how to get there. Great emphasis on security, which was great. She explained everything to do with the BnB, how long her and her brother have worked to establish it, it made it very home from home.
Cons: For two friends sharing the room was basic but adequate as we planned on seeing Rome more than the room. It was cleaned and bedding changed daily, although, for the sake of three days we wouldn't have worried about the bedding. The codes and lift were an issue, having the look up three codes to get in and upto the fifth floor was tiring. The lift, if you were overweight you had no chance entering, but most frustrating for us was coming in after a day out and someone else hadn't shut the doors and we'd have to go to or down to secure the doors to make it work, ouch when you have bad knees, In the future I'd have to check lifts and which floor we'd be on, this isn't a negative to Simona and her brother, this is feed back on those who need to know.

Clean acomodation, nice staff
Pros: Very good location, nice staff, air-conditioned rooms, the breakfast is not what you are used to, but it is more than enough to start the day. At the check in, they give you many useful information how to get around. Smoking terrace is available close to the room
