Pros: Perfect location within walking distance of all attractions. Cleaning is of a high standard. Staff is smiling, responsive and friendly. They have thought of everything you need for your stay.You can have your morning coffee on the terrace or in your room. Highly recommend Thank you very much 🙏 😀

Perfect for a short stay

Pros: Perfect location a 5 minute walk from Rome Termini. The room was quiet and very clean and comfortable with lots of nice little touches e.g. free sweets , water and biscuits.Would highly recommend this B&B.

Pros: Great spot to visit Rome. The room was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast delivered to our room everyday by the very kind lady who runs the place. Very nice experience overall.

Wonderful base for Rome

Pros: Delia is a wonderful host, always seeking to provide excellent service throughout my stay. She was very accommodative to facilitate breakfast alternatives for days when I have to leave early for my day trips (hot breakfast is delivered to the room from 8am onwards). The room was well equipped and comfortable... even had cookies for late night snack. There is an iron made available in the common area if you need to use one. The apartment is located on level 3, accessible by lift. The b&b is located in 2 apartments, on the same floor. Mine was facing inner courtyard so it was very quiet. Location is perfect.. just 7min walk from Termini station. There are also bus stops nearby if you wish to take a bus (use google map to select stop). On one ride, I saw that St Regis hotel was just around the corner from the apartment.

Cons: Nothing.. everything was great. I would definitely come back here.

Amazing Roman hospitality

Pros: A place in Rome that felt like home, all the way. The owner is amazingly accommodating and kind. I felt like I was staying with family. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, warm and cozy. The location is more than ideal for exploring Rome, while still being very quiet and perfect for resting after a busy day. Stay here, you won’t regret it.

Cons: Everything was absolutely wonderful.
