Nice room in the best zone in Rome.
Pros: Nice room in the best zone in Rome. Even the breakfast was really good but not included! You are right in the centre of Rome and can visist the Vatican and districts like Prati, Cipro, etc... To get to the Colosseum it takes about 30 minutes with the public transportation.
Cons: A little bit expensive

Very good hotel, excellent location
Pros: Great location 10 minutes walk from Vatican, 10 minutes walk from metro and bus stop 30 seconds away. Room on the 1st floor with view on indoor garden/patio. A little noisy in the early morning. Room was small but fonctional. Clean. Comfortable bed. Very good staff.
Cons: Room was a little dark and not much privacy when curtains are open as patio view. Not very big but it was fine for me.

Pros: The hotel's location is convenient, close to numerous buses and the metro, as well as walking distance to the Vatican, the church, and St. Peter's Square. The staff is friendly, especially the guys at the buffet. The only exception is one of the receptionists. Local breakfast food from selected regions is available. Delicious. Excellent room cleaning, every day and change of towels too. I recommend.
Cons: There wasn't always hot water and a good flow rate.

Nice stay to sleep near to Vatican
Pros: In general, I think it was a pleasant experience to sleep there. The hotel is in a great location, the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable with everything needed for a nice 4-night trip. It's not a 5-star hotel, but we were not expecting it to be :) It was clean, comfortable, really close to Vatican City, and, in my opinion, it was at a good value vs. cost. Recommended for those who already travel a bit around Italy and get used to the medium standard. :)
Cons: One thing that I can't consider satisfactory is the breakfast, which was rather simple and with a limited offer of fresh vegetables and fruits, mainly sweet options. Nevertheless, we were able to grab something each day of our stay and then have the proper breakfast outside the hotel, as it is located around nice restaurants/cafeterias.

We had a lovely stay. Shout out to all the hotel staff esp to our Filipino Kabayans there! You guys are amazing! 👏👏
Pros: Location, the vibe/atmosphere , cleanliness , breakfast, friendly staff & environment.
Cons: Just the AC. The temperature was fixed and we were unable to change it to our preference, hence we just turned it off and opened the window.

Wonderful hotel with great facilities
Pros: Wonderful staff who couldn't have been more helpful, very clean, excellent affordable breakfast, excellent location with great restaurants around. Quiet at night and great music themed additions to the room- we loved the disco ball in the bathroom! Bottled water in the room and enough storage. Highly recommend.
Cons: Bed was quite firm and the pillows were flat but firm, so it was harder to fall asleep. Shower was quite low pressure when on warm.

Pros: The hotel was clean, the facilities were in perfect conditions and the staff was available at all times and helpful. The location was not bad (20min walk from the Vatican). I would stay there again!
