Pros: Olga the receptionist, very good to all guests but not the rest of the receptionists.
Cons: The heating system keep getting off cant hv shower too cold. Happen before I check in and when I stayed there. Is there weekly maintenance to make such things dont happen, dont forget you are 4 stars hotel. I will still recommend friend to stay

Fabulous hotel in a great location!
Pros: Location is excellent, beautiful large rooms, traditional Italian furnishings, very efficient staff and service. Would definitely recommend.
Cons: There’s nothing not to like about the hotel.

Excellent location and a haven in bustling Rome. Good service and a quality hotel.
Pros: Very good hotel with a rooftop bar. Excellent location but very quiet within the hotel. Staff were very helpful. I would recommend this hotel.

A good stay in a friendly and quiet hotel.
Pros: Location was excellent for the Vatican Museums. The hotel was quiet and the staff were friendly. The hotel was clean. However, there needs to be updating of the rooms. The breakfast was a little too costly and not many guests had it on the days we were there.

Perfect Location, very friendly staff -
Pros: Hotel was perfect location for visiting the Vatican City and a very manageable walk into the city centre to visit major landmarks (c. 50 mins to Colosseum). Hotel was very quiet, staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. We had requested a 1AM check-in, due to a late flight - and this was no problem at all for the staff.
Cons: Room was comfortable, but much smaller than the photos suggested. However - it was fine for a short stay of 4 nights.

Overall I would recommend this place, the sleep was exceptional in our room
Pros: I really liked the fact that the beds were super comfortable for sleep, probably the best bed in a hotel I have ever slept on. The madam that was daily cleaning the room was doing a really good job at keeping our room fresh and neat. Good job. A lot of restaurants around, especially you can find good and affordable breakfasts around the hotel. Overall, I think it was really cozy
Cons: I think there should either be a new paint applied on the walls or maybe they should be washed a bit. For a 4 star hotel, the walls should be clean. A lot of spots and lines of dirt on the walls inside the room. In the first day we waited for the hot water to come for a bath for like 20 minutes, but after that it got ok, the hot water was coming in like a minute or two. I don't know what was the problem on the first day, but we got really frustrated for waiting for so long for the hot water to come

Pros: The location of the hotel is very good. The Vatican is across the street, and the metro station is close. The staff is very nice and helpful. I recommend this hotel to everyone.

Pros: The staff was amazing and helpful. The restaurants they have recommended were tradicional and although a bit expensive, well worth it. The location is perfect if you want to explore the Vatican and its surroundings, but also convenient for the rest of Rome as the metro A-line is a 5-minutes walk away. The beds were comfortable snd the linen were good quality.
Cons: While the rooms are clean and comfortable, the soundproofing needs improving, especially if you have a room facing the main street. However, our main complaint was the bathroom. The flush deposit was defective and leaked throughout the night, which has affected our sleep. On the second night, we were kindly upgraded to a better room (after requesting that they check the flush deposit on our original room) , but unfortunately, the problem remained. Even on this second, nicer room, the flush deposit was leaking. As a secondary feedback, it's visible that the rooms are heavily used and the decoration is a bit outdated.
