Mixed Check-In, Excellent Overall Experience

Pros: Had a sour check-in experience with the attendant, Sascha; however, Joseph, the concierge, was great. Impeccable customer service from the manager, Sarah, Ericado, and Chiara. The room was spacious and clean, and the location was awesome.

Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff. Delicious breakfast, comfy room and bed; we slept exeptionally well; great location near the Vatican and to all the other attractions.

Pros: Ideal location if you want to visit early the Vatican and its museums. The rooms are quiet, modern and clean. Didn't try the breakfast there.

Pros: The qualities of the whole room and balcony view was perfect.

Cons: They had Netflix for the room TV advertised however you couldn’t get Netflix on the TV and had to rely on only 3-4 channels that you could change language to English.

Pros: We had a fantastic stay! The bed was incredibly comfortable, which was especially important as my partner was 7 months pregnant—she was able to rest well for all four nights. The room was modern, high spec, and absolutely spotless. The buffet breakfast was great, offering a wide variety of options. On top of that, the staff were super friendly and helpful. The hotel is also conveniently located near the train station, making it easy to get around. Would definitely stay here again!

Cons: We had a great stay overall, but one small downside was the TV. It wasn’t a smart TV, which meant we couldn’t log into Netflix or other streaming services. Not a huge issue, but for the price, we expected a more modern setup. The available channels were mostly news, so entertainment options were quite limited. While this didn’t affect our overall experience too much, having a smart TV would have been a nice touch for added convenience.

Pros: We really liked this hotel. Great location near the Vatican, excellent service, a terrace with a sauna and jacuzzi, and delicious food in the restaurant.

Cons: There was nothing we didn’t like here :) A fantastic hotel!
