Good place, I will keep it in mind for a next stay in Rome. Thank you the hosts!

Pros: Very friendly helpful staff. The room is basic, but everything necessary is there - the room is cleaned every day, the bed if comfortable, private bathroom, TV, good WiFi. Nice residential area - no tourist crowds. Many good restaurants, cafes, bars around, including an excellent restaurant just next door. A big shopping street is just at 5 min walking distance.

Cons: A bit far from any metro station, but it's not really important, depends on the purposes of the stay

Good, clean and simple accommodation

Pros: Good, clean and simple accommodation. Check-in is possible until night in the restaurant on the ground floor. A typical Italian sweet breakfast (coffee + croissant) in a cafe across the street. The place is near Roma-Trastevere train station (train from Fiumicino airport).

Cons: Broken toilet flush. A bit high price for accommodation of this quality (but unfortunately it is common in the city of Rome).

Pros: It is better than it seems. Very helpful host. We checked in late due to flight delay. We got the key from the restaurant underneat. We found some snacks, water, toothbrush and toothpaste, hairdryer. Free coffee and croissant for breakfast, . The room got cleaned again during our stay.

Pratico, pulito, funzionale

Pros: La zona residenziale è molto tranquilla ed è ben servita dai mezzi pubblici per la stazione e il centro città. Essendo una ragazza che viaggia da sola, ho trovato la zona molto sicura. Il ristorante sottostante la struttura è ideale per fare pranzo/cena; il bar di fronte è convenzionato per la colazione. Do notte, la struttura è molto silenziosa, con il clima mite ho dormito tranquillamente con la finestra aperta.

Cons: Esplicitare chiaramente che oltre l'orario di check in/out previsto, il check in viene sempre effettuato presso il ristorante sottostante e non solo in mancanza del personale.

Pros: кімната була чистою, ліжка зручними, персонал дуже приємний. за вікном було тихо, нічого не заважвло відпочивати. співвідношення ціна-якість нас дуже приємно здивувало. в сніданок входила смачна кава та круасан на вибір у кафе навпроти. ресторан на першому поверсі під апартаментами досить добрий з приємними цінами та обслуговуванням
