Pros: I would for sure stay again in Casa Grimaldi. Very clean, has everything you need for a sty, hosts are available and helpful. There is only one tiny thing the host could improve and that is the instructions for locating the apartment is given in too small resolution, but this is something they could easily improve. Everything else is 👌

Comfortabel en proper

Pros: De kamer die wij gehuurd hadden was erg proper. De airco werkte ook fantastisch, iets dat we zeker nodig hadden in de Italiaanse hitte. De eigenaar was ook altijd bereikbaar, zeker als je vragen had. Ons verblijf was hierdoor erg comfortabel en konden wij zorgeloos de nacht ingaan na een drukke dag. De buurt had voldoende bushaltes waardoor we gemakkelijk met het openbaar vervoer naar de nodige locaties konden.

Cons: De ligging was niet 100% ideaal door de omgeving, maar daar kan de eigenaar niks aan doen. De buurt van het verblijf was wel voldoende voorzien van openbaar vervoer om makkelijk het stadscentrum te bereiken.

Un buen sitio con disponibilidad de cocina

Pros: Se trata de un apartamento con tres habitaciones, cada una reservada independientemente y cuenta con una cocina nueva con fuegos, horno y frigorífico a disposición de los residentes que resulta muy útil

Cons: Durante las 4 noches que estuvimos no creo que se limpió nuestra habitación. El baño no tenía colgador para ropa/toalla ni una balda para dejar el neceser etc
