Comfortable and clean

Pros: The bed was big and super comfortable, the place was clean and spacious and the shared kitchen area was a great bonus. Patrizia was super friendly and helpful

Comfortable and secure, helpful staff

Pros: Good communication with the staff re check in and also extremely helpful video guide describing sites to see and how to get there, nice personal touch. Comfortable rooms and quiet location.

Cons: Further out of Trastevere than had thought, but buses were efficient

Pros: Wonderful host. Welcomed us and directed us to the parking. Showed us all the rooms and facilities. Was always available (on WhatsApp) and very helpful. Rooms large with Air-conditioning, furniture new. Rooms and Bathrooms super clean.

Amazing welcoming stay

Pros: Nice, clean and modern room in a shared apartment with everything necessary for the stay. It is situated in a typical Italian residential neighbourhood with decent bus connections to the city centre. On top of that, the communication with Patrizia was excellent, she made sure to give all the info necessary for the stay and went the extra mile to accommodate special requests, all while being incredibly friendly and uncomplicated. Would definitely recommend and come back.

Very comfortable and modern flats with exceptionally helpful staff.

Pros: The rooms are large enough and ideal for family holidays or groups of friends. The rooms were available and cleaned a few hours before the states check in time, and the staff checked us in immediately. They also provided any necessary information regarding access and navigation between the property and the important landmarks in Rome. There are many shops and cafes nearby for food as well. The room was clean, well-lit and equipped with everything we would need. There is a shared kitchen space with plates and cutlery which we also found very convenient. Overall everything was perfectly as described. I also appreciate the staff being very helpful and nice.

Pros: Wonderful stay! Patrizia is extremely helpful and friendly. She answered my questions before I could even ask them :) I have received some very useful information and tips. The room was very nice and clean. Working air conditioning was an awesome addition, as the temperature was very different than in Poland when we were leaving the country. I truly recommend staying here.

Cons: Location was quite far from the centre, which was great and I chose it with the full knowledge of this fact. However, I did not expect the public transportation to be THAT chaotic 😅 I would not list is as a minus tho, that was fully on me. And it was rather quiet in the night, which was a huge plus. Also, there are a lot of shops, restaurants and other useful facilities in the near. And the prices are good!
