Pros: We were a group of 8 and stayed for 4 nights at the 3rd floor , I can confidently say that this is the best option we could have picked . The apartment was spotless and had enough room for everyone , the customer service was excellent even though I contacted them frequently trying to manage a group of 8. The location was excellent right in the center of Trastevere , I fully recommend this for a big group
Cons: The only negative was that the room up the stairs needed a little more heating because it got a bit chilly during the nights and didn’t have anything to help fight it , also the fridge didn’t even have a bottle of water inside

Nice short stay for our last night in Rome
Pros: Perfect location, comfortable beds, and good aircon.
Cons: The bathroom was cramped and hard to stop water from spraying onto floor when showering.

Awesome apartment, awesome neighbourhood, don't think, just book it, you won't be sorry!
Pros: The apartment was superclean, spacious and neat! But the absolute hidden gem was the huge roofterrace! Sadly we only stayed for one night, but if we find ourselves in Rome next time, I will definitely book again and use the roof terrace to the fullest! The neighbourhood it's in was really nice, and buzzing at night. A lot of places with good food and good prices!
Cons: We had a bit of a situation with paying the city tax, the website they used didn't give any confirmation of payment and sometimes gave errors. At first they insisted on us paying it first before they would send us the code to the lockbox, but after some discussion they decided to let us in first. The next day we handled the tourist tax situation with the lady (still didn't work, had to transfer through paypal so the lady could pay for us). So they need to have multiple ways of paying this extra tourist tax or maybe give an option for us to put it cash on the table when checking out. Besides that the stay wasvery nice!

Pros: Very large, comfortable and clean apartment! Very good location! There were seven of us, and we were all comfortable and convenient - two bathrooms, a large table in the dining room, a well-equipped kitchen. The fact that we were on the top floor had a plus and a minus: the upper bedroom could not be used, because it was very hot and there is no air conditioning, but on the other hand we had a huge terrace just for us which had two tables, a hammock and a barbecue! Thank you for everything, we will come back to you again!

Pros: The location of the house is very central. They were very helpful at every stage, provided detailed information, and assisted in organizing the airport transfer. The house has kitchen utensils, a hairdryer, an espresso machine, a dishwasher, and a washing machine. We used everything except the washing machine and had no issues at all. There are many good restaurants and bars around the house. It’s a lively neighborhood at night, and we walked everywhere except for the Vatican. There are also great concept stores and non-chain clothing shops with good designs for shopping. We stayed as two families, six people in total, and it was comfortable. Thank you for everything!

Pros: I liked everything about the property except the bathrooms,
Cons: there wasn’t a cabinet or anything to put anything on in the bathrooms and the shower had very little water coming out of it, otherwise it was perfect

Excelente estadía en familia
Pros: Fuimos 7 personas y estuvo ideal! tener 2 baños lo hace todo muy cómodo. Las habitaciones son espaciosas y camas cómodas, incluido el sofa cama. La ubicación es excelente!!!!
Cons: Algunos espacios de la casa estaban impecables y otros se podría mejorar. Pero realmente nos gusto mucho.
