Perfect for our family.
Pros: Great location, close to restaurants, supermarket, attractions and transport. Large apartment. It was perfect for our family of 4.
Cons: It is more like an Airbnb rather than a hotel. Nothing wrong with that, just be prepared that you will not see any staff at check-in.

Pros: Location is the best. Sabrina answers your questions very quickly. Apartment is clean. Kitchen has basic equipment you might need
Cons: We never met our host and she only speaks italian. I had some issues with the keys and the apartment location inside the building which took more time than expected to be solved.

Pros: Mieszkanie jest położone w samym centrum historycznego Rzymu. Na dole kawiarnia z tradycyjnym włoskim śniadaniem. Dziedziniec przed budynkiem tętniący życiem gdzie można naprawdę poczuć się jak rodowity Rzymianin. Do wszystkich zabytków bardzo blisko. W zasadzie używanie metra czy autobusu, aby dostać się do najważniejszych miejsc w mieście, nie jest potrzebne. Mieszkanie jest duże. Jest kuchnia, salon z jadalnią, łazienka z toaletą z bidetką, umywalką i prysznicem, druga łazienka z toaletą z bidetką i umywalką, pokój z niską antresolą, w którym znajduje się łóżko podwójne i na antresoli łóżko pojedyncze, w korytarzu jest wnęka, w której jest jedno pojedyncze łóżko. Duże szafy. Mieszkanie posiada wszystkie udogodnienia w postaci sprzętów kuchennych, zmywarki, pralki, żelazka suszarki do włosów, ręczników. Dość specyficznie działa spłukiwanie wody w toaletach. Mieszkanie na pewno nadaje się do zamieszkania przez rodzinę albo bliskie sobie osoby.

Pros: Bij aankomst bevonden we ons in een escape room waarbij de sleutels in het ene vakje lagen, de routebeschrijving in de volgende, en een speurtocht ontstond. We zijn geslaagd!
Cons: Er was geen enkel persoonlijker contact met de eigenaar. Geen blijk van interesse, geen persoonlijke reactie. Zonde.

Pros: La casa perfetta. Pulizia, struttura e disponibilità per i primi chiarimenti sul funzionamento del riscaldamento ad esempio. Spero di ritornarci. La posizione è strategica. Ho lasciato l'auto al parcheggio Santa Giulia che è abbastanza vicino.
Cons: Nulla da dire.

Pros: Super lokalizacja, duże mieszkanie, urządzone w starym ale gustownym stylu. Gospodarze pomocni, poinformowali nas jak włączyć ogrzewanie (pobyt w grudniu). W pełni wyposażona kuchnia, wygodne łóżka (2 dwuosobowe i 1 pojedyncze)

We loved our stay at the Library House and would recommend it to others!
Pros: We LOVED the apartment. It has so much character, was uniquely furnished and decorated. It was perfect for my husband, myself and our two adult children. The location couldn't have been better, in a quiet alcove street and we enjoyed the cafes right outside our door. The apartment is close proximity to Piazza Navona and the Pantheon. Though some walks were up to 25 minutes, we walked to ALL of the attractions that we visited in Rome including the Coliseum, Roman Forum, Vatican, Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain and Trastevere; we enjoyed seeing the city during these walks.
Cons: We never met our host, but we appreciate her communications through Booking.com and by email. Things to note: the $6 euro per person tourist tax is not included in the Booking.com total. The host will send a separate link to guests for this payment. Also, landlords in Italy need to report guest IDs to the police, so she will ask you to provide copies of your IDs to her electronically. Though we didn't expect this, I looked it up after she asked us for the IDs and this is totally legit. There was no problem for us - just a heads up for future guests.
