4-night stay in Rome, family of four

Pros: Excellent location. In the heart of the historic centre, walking distance to everything and at the same time quiet at night. Very spacious, the big bedroom and bathroom felt like a mansion. Lidia was very helpful in staying in touch through WhatsApp and provided useful suggestions for restaurants when we asked her.

Cons: A small issue was a sewage smell in the small bathroom. We didn't mind it so much and tried to use the bigger and nicer bathroom as much as we could. I think it might be a common issue with these very old buildings.

Pros: Right in the center but also quiet, clean, coffee and tea in the room, nearby on the street good pizza and coffee for morning breakfast. Perfect for the stay in Rome you could go everywhere just walking. A very nice terrace at the last floor. Check-in when even we liked as the room has codes. Late check-out possible.

i would come back again.

Pros: Great location, quiet street. Apartment has eveything you need from soap/shampoo to cleaning supplies and cooking utensils.

Cons: Noise from others carries easily through ceilings but that's pretty normal with those buildings and it was never for more than a few minutes.

Pros: The apartment is very comfortable with amazing bathrooms, comfortable beds, and in a very convenient location.

Cons: The apartment was very hot (27C), and even though we contacted the host twice about it, we were told that there was nothing they could do about it apart from slightly opening the windows.

Classy, clean, and very roman style.

Pros: Location was central and accessible by foot for our tour plans. We had less than a 5 minute walk to all the bus stops. The area was quiet and peaceful. Shops, cafe, restaurants are within easy reach.

Cons: One of our friends found the stairs difficult to climb. A hand rail would be very helpful to hold onto when climbing and descending the stairs and for safety of people carrying cases and luggage.

Pros: The big bedroom and ensuite. The luggage room was great being able to drop off bags. The location was also amazing! supply of tea, coffee and toiltries was a nice touch.

Cons: The extremly narrow stairwell, lack of lift.

Pros: Very confortable and spacious apartment. Quiet location close to restaurants, breakfast places (Roscioli is a must), tourist attractions. At disposal 24h/day: water, clean towels, eso.

Cons: Bed is a bit on the soft side to my likings. And yes the stairs on the second floor are quite narrow and steep but manageable for a non disabled person. Extra tourists taxes were requested on top of the rental price (in Europe?).

Exceeded expectations! Was incredible experience!

Pros: The location is fantastic! Easy walking to Piazza Navona and just a little further walk to Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps. Place itself is roomier than expected, modern, comfortable. Were able to leave our luggage in a storage room in the morning before check in and after check out before our departure from Rome. The hosts were easy to communicate with and helpful! The pricing is very reasonable for the location and amenities!

Cons: It didn't bother us, but some people may have difficulty with the narrow, step stone steps to the room.

Pros: Well organized, and decorated very nicely. Super central -owner very organized 👌

We had an amazing stay, l loved walking up in the heart of Rome to the bells of the neighbouring church

Pros: Very generous size, excellent very central location, the property is full of character, with open wooden beams, laundry facilities, super easy check in and out process, AC is also important in the height of the Roman summer

Cons: Be aware of a very narrow winding staircase if you have large bags. Like in many other places in Italy, city tax has to be paid in cash upon departure. I personally would have preferred that it was in yu to the property fee rather than have to deal with cash every time.
