Very good, and I would definitely repeat the experience.
Pros: The apartment is spacious, well-equipped, and very well located. Many good options for markets and restaurants nearby. Clean. The hosts were attentive and organized. We will definitely recommend it.
Cons: We went during the winter and the room heating system left a little to be desired. They use split units for heating, and since the apartment is large with a high ceiling, it didn't heat up very well. The staircase between floors is very cold and long, which made overall heating of the apartment impossible. But we managed to keep it reasonably cool; I just think they could improve it.

Perfect location
Pros: The apartment is very good for 3-4 people. Two bathrooms are great. The location is perfect, easy to reach everything. The apartment is very stylish and well equipped.
Cons: It was really cold inside, even with AC turned on correctly. Dishes were not clean from the other people, and I am not surprised, because where weren't any dishwasher or sponge. The apartment is very dark inside, windows facing other wall so no daylight.

Pros: It was very spacious, a washing machine and small kitchen with a cold fridge and very good air conditioning for a very hot Rome.
Cons: I would of liked the check in information prior to checking in as we waited on the street for awhile and then approached a bag stow place across the road who were able to help us and lucky where we were supposed to go for check in but would of been better to know this prior. Also a cleaning service ? During our stay would have been good for fresh towels

Pros: Mysig lägenhet med allt man kan önska av utrustning och bekvämlighet. Dessutom ett fantastiskt läge i förhållande till allt vi ville se. Bra och tydlig kommunikation med uthyraren angående tid och procedur för in- och utcheckning. Finns bara gott att säga! Vi stortrivdes och kände oss hemma från första stund.
Cons: Vi gillade allt!

Estupendo pero mejorable
Pros: La ubicación es lo mejor esta en el centro de todo fuimos andando a todos los lugares emblemáticos,restaurantes, supermercados. La casa muy acogedora y la cama para nosotros muy cómoda eché de menos otro sofá pequeño solo había uno, la cocina tenía lo básico para dos de utensilios osea bien en general, me gustó mucho en general algún inconveniente nada es perfecto pero repetiría seguro que si.
Cons: Pues lo que no me gustó, que está la entrada al apartamento metida en un callejón algo oscuro,que no tenía canales internacionales en la televisión venia cansada de recorrer monumentos y me apetecía relajarme viendo la televisión y era todo en italiano ni siquiera uno en español se hubiera agradecido y aunque parezca una tontería tener para fregar los platos, etc..ni siquiera un triste estropajo y jabón impensable claro nada es perfecto, pero hay pequeños detalles que hacen mucho, parecen tontos, pero no lo es, solo eso digo.

Apartamento simpático, muito bem localizado, bem central. Roma cidade incrivel.
Pros: Apartamento perfeito para 4 pessoas. 2 no quarto com wc em cima e 2 na sala com sofá-cama (confortável para 2) no piso de baixo também com wc. AC eficiente para o frio que se sentia. Cozinha pequenita mas não era intenção utilizar, mas tenho ideia de que teria o minimo para \
Cons: O duche do andar de baixo estava entupidissímo. Ainda bem que tinhamos a possibilidade de usar o duche do outro quarto. Espero que entretanto tratem disso.

Visita en familia a Roma.
Pros: Alojamiento muy amplio. Muy bien ubicado. Buena equipación.
Cons: Accesibilidad. Viajábamos con un bebé y con su carro. No tiene ascensor y las escaleras eran un poco estrechas.

Pros: Gospodarze byli bardzo pomocni jeżeli chodzi o zakwaterowanie, które odbyło się bez najmniejszych problemów. Apartament znajduje się w bliskiej okolicy do najważniejszych zabytków miasta. Apartament był czysty i dobrze wyposażony :)
