Pros: The room was clean and perfect for two people. What I liked most was the excellent location—close to Piazza della Repubblica and Roma Termini, and only about a 20-minute walk to the Trevi Fountain.

Pros: I stayed at Aelius for 3 nights. The place is conveniently located close to the train station and many tourist attractions. I can't thank the receptionist Daniela enough for helping me arrange a late check-in and answering all my questions Whoever had a bad hotel experience in Rome never met her!

Pros: Location is decent. 5-7 minutes walk from Roma Termini and walking distance to other attractions. Staff was very helpful and the service was great. The room was very clean. Easy check-in. It was a comfortable stay.

Cons: The room size was small for me as we had a toddler with us, but it's good for a couple. The shower is extremely tiny.

Good quality room for the money, for overnight stay

Pros: Lucky to get nice room for a very competitive price during late-arranged overnight stay on way home from Umbria. Check-in/check-out staff could not have been more helpful. Can't comment much more as it was only a place to sleep and shower while in transit, apart from some shopping and sight seeing next morning. The leather goods shop opposite was, btw, very good value compared with the exact same items in shops in the principal shopping areas.

Cons: Area immediately round the building rather poor with rough-sleepers and people begging, but that's to be expected close to a main railway station of a major capital city. There was ample security in the building and I felt safe.

Excellent

Pros: We only strayed one night prior to flying from Rome. The location close to the main Termini railway station is very convenient both for getting to the airport and for using the excellent public transport system to visit the main sights in Rome The room was well equipped including air conditioning, and the instructions for obtaining the keys and accessing the property were clear. Sara, the host, was very helpful with all aspects of our stay. In spite of its location in the middle of a busy transport hub, the room is fitted with double glazing and the sound of traffic is consequently reduced to an acceptable level.

Most satisfactory for a short stay.

Lovely host, clean and well stocked room, handy for walking to all amenities.

Pros: It was just like a hotel room with all amenities we needed, very clean, lovely comfortable bed and tea making facilities. We walked to all the sights, nearly all less than half an hour. May we say that our host Daniella was very kind, polite and helpful and suggested restaurants to us. Nothing was too much trouble.

Cons: I would not go so far as say things we did not like, more a couple of suggestions to improve even more. Some hooks on the wall would be great in the bathroom and by the door, for towels and jackets. Also there needs to be a lot more coat hangers. We have a lot of clothes!

Pros: It was a good value for money deal, the room had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, Ac was working perfect, Staff was nice, bed was comfortable, location was good, very near to Roma Termini and toilet and room were very clean.

Pros: Super central location, well furnished and maintained rooms unlike many old buildings around, well functioning AC, supply of bottled water, clean rooms and sheets, super friendly and helpful staff and you can store luggage on the check-out day. It could not be better with such amazing price.

Cons: Absolutely nothing

Awesome accomodation, clean and close to everything without being in the hustle and bustle constantly

Pros: The rooms were clean and air conditioned which was much needed in this extreme heat. A short walk to the bus stop to get around. Loved the little cafe on the corner opposite and the little mini market down the lane way. Close to the train station too and very secure.

Cons: Not much but the shower needed more of a clean especially the shower head and under the soap dish
