Sofia's Suites Guesthouse

Pros: Our stay at Sofia’s Suites Guesthouse was fantastic! The room was very clean and cozy, and it had everything we needed. In the shared areas, we noticed many small and thoughtful details, such as a sewing kit or an umbrella in case guests need one. The location was great—close to Termini—yet we still felt safe, and there were many nice places to eat right by the apartment. It was truly a pleasure staying here. Thank you!

Pros: Location was very good. It was clean and functional for our short stay.

Cons: No milk for my tea, no instant coffee just pods which i find too strong.

Great comfort and outstanding hospitality

Pros: A very welcoming place, perfectly and conveniently located close to Piazza della Repubblica.. The accommodation was clean and well maintained, and the hosts were wonderful — kind, attentive, and always ready to help. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Weekend in Rome

Pros: The room was spacious & super clean, plus the location was good for transport links. The check-in was also really straight forward.

Cons: The toilet roll holder was hanging off the wall, but that's easy to fix. The location also isn't the best, right next to Termini Station, but I was on my own so that also might have contributed to that.

Excellent stay, value for money and in a great location.

Pros: The guesthouse was super easy to navigate in terms of location and access via door codes. It was very clean and everything that I needed was there. I appreciated the access to Netflix as well as the fabulous Indian restaurant on the other side of the road. Flora was very responsive to my messages. Thank you.

Perfect stay

Pros: Everything , reviews are correct as this is great place to stay . High ceilings , spacious room. It was nice and quiet can’t hear a neighbours so very peaceful sleep on comfy bed . Very clean as they remake room every day , it was perfect . Also staff very friendly and you can leave luggage before and after check in and check out which we did . Perfect stay , if I’ll back to Rome I definitely book again . Thank you

Wonderful stay near Termini

Pros: The accommodation was wonderful — just a 7–8 minute walk from Termini and exactly as shown in the photos. Clean, comfortable, with a very nice bathroom, a cozy bed and even a lovely balcony. It also had a small fridge with bottled water, a coffee machine and an electric kettle for tea, and an extra bonus: the small space heater - perfect for heating up the bathroom. There was also a shared area with useful essentials such as sewing supplies, an iron, and umbrellas. A big thank you to Flora, who was always eager to help us. Recommended 100% — should i ever be in Rome again, I'll definitely be back.

Very very good value for money!

Pros: Amazing! This is was my second stay within 4 days, I cancelled a hotel just so I could book Sofia suites after my first stay . This has now become my favourite place to stay in Rome. It is only 5 minutes walk to Roma Termini train station, it is very clean and has Netflix, YouTube and other channels. It is only 15 minutes walk to all the tourist attractions and nice restaurants. For the Africans that would like to eat African food in Rome, there are two African restaurants about 20 minutes walk from Sofia suites.

Cons: Nothing!

Well worth the money, actually worth more than the price. Would definitely stay here every time I come to Rome.

Pros: It was just simply amazing, very spacious, easy to locate with plenty restaurants and places to eat. Just 5 minutes walk from Roma Termini station. The TV works and there is Netflix, YouTube and other great channels
