Lovely room and staff

Pros: The room was very nice, big bed and very comfortable bedding, kids loved the old style elevator. The owner as well as the rest of the staff were lovely. The property reached out before arrival with very detailed instructions how to access the room. Very good location, close to all transportation means but away from the crowd, number of restaurants in the vicinity. Regarding the voucher for breakfast, both sweet and savory food items were tasty and filling .. Lovely staff, very patient and polite (what was not the case in other coffee shops).

Great

Pros: İt was close to termini so transportation was easy. There's a snack bar just 2 mins ahead the building. It's cheap and fresh. The room was cleaning daily. Also there's a restaurant really close (2 streets) named LA Famiglia. I recommend it. There's microwave and coffe machine. Great.

Cons: Our room only had conditioner and it didn't really warmed the place. And it's really hard to find the room because There's no one in reception and you have to find everything by yourself. And the plugs were different and not enough

Great place to safely enjoy the city!!

Pros: Great location! Extremely clean! Great staff! Close to the Terminal and easy access to many buses! Fair amount of food options!

Cons: Very small shower!

Location & suite were ideal. Daniele couldn't have been a better host.

Pros: Can't say enough about this B&B. Daniele was a fantastic host & the large, well appointed suite we had was perfect. Breakfast at a cafe around the corner was terrific & well worth the walk. Loved it!

Pros: Very close to rail station. Good size room. Close to restaurants.

Cons: We had to queue for sometime for a table at restaurants. Worth it though. But bear I'm mind if possible book ahead.

Great value for money in a great location

Pros: Great location, comfortable room, helpful friendly staff

Pros: We booked 3 rooms - 2 for 2 and 1 family room. However the family room is the smallest… The people at front desk are helpful but not all of them speak English, need to use phone translator though.

Pros: The location is very near the train station. The room is very clean and cozy.

Cons: Breakfast!

Basically enjoyed the stay - only two nights - which was very convenient for meeting up with friends for the weekend. Ho

Pros: Good location with proximity to Termini station. Very good room and en-suite.

Cons: Surprised that there were no drinking glasses (raking tablets at night - had to make do with a teacup. Very disappointing breakfast at cafe round the corner. Just a croissant and a (good) cup of coffee. English travellers are more used to a cooked breakfast!

Pros: Location, building and room. Staff were very kind to allow us extra 30 mins to check out

Cons: Breakfast at nearby cafe as they ran out of most items by 9 am. Lots of other choices nearby
