Beautiful stay

Pros: The staff was really helpful even before coming to the hotel. They answered all emails quickly and also were happy to answer questions regarding our stay. We were greeted warmly and everything was explained to us! The room was very clean and modern and while staying there it was also cleaned very well while we left the room.

Cons: The only thing I might critique is that in our room when the neighboring room was watching TV, you did hear it quiet a lot but for us it wasn't that big of a deal!

Pros: I had a wonderful stay at Prassede Palace Hotel and couldn’t be happier with my experience. The cleanliness was absolutely top-notch—everything was spotless, well maintained, and clearly cared for with great attention to detail. It instantly made me feel comfortable and relaxed. The location is perfect, especially for visiting Rome. Being so close to major attractions and transport made exploring the city incredibly easy and enjoyable. It’s one of those places where you can step outside and immediately feel the magic of Rome around you. What truly made the stay exceptional, though, were the associates. Every single person I interacted with was warm, friendly, and genuinely helpful. Their hospitality made me feel truly welcomed, not just like a guest but like someone they were happy to have. I would 100% recommend Prassede Palace Hotel to anyone visiting Rome and would gladly stay here again. A fantastic hotel all around! 💛🇮🇹

Very happy

Pros: We didn't opt for breakfast, however on our last morning we did and what we had was very good. Linda in Reception was extreamly helpful and eager to please. The cleaning staff were very polite and friendly and did a great job.

Cons: The only thing that put me off was the floor in the bedroom. It appeared badly stained, and it was the first thing I saw as I entered. The pressure of the hot water in the shower was poor & although I like the tiles, due to their complexity, they are stained in the shower area.

Pros: Amazing place, amazing staff, amazing hotel. If i come to again Rome this hotel will be my address again. Should i say home? Yes i can definetely say. Cheers guys, you will be missed

Amazing staff and central location. Would rebook if we went back to Rome.

Pros: Staff were fantastic. Went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible.

Cons: Centralised heating. We had to message the property to change the temperature in our room. Staff were very responsive and changed the room temp asap. Would have been nice to be able to change the temp at our convenience.

Great location for a long weekend trip to Rome.

Pros: The hotel was conveniently located not far from Rome Termini train station -a 5-10 minute walk. It is also walking distance to most of the main tourist attractions in Rome. From the moment we entered we felt very welcomed. The staff are exceptional - warm, friendly, happy and helpful. The restaurant attrached to the hotel was good for dining, serving delicious food. The staff there are also very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel.

My stay was calm and an amazing stay.

Pros: It was very comfortable and welcoming! The location was excellent and the restaurant next door was amazing to eat at alongside the discount.

Cons: The only issue was I didn’t know how to turn the bathroom fan off and it was a little loud. However it was a small issue

Pros: Absolutely recommend this place to anyone holidaying in Rome. The location is great ( walking distance from some of the main sites), the rooms are modern and clean, and the staff are excellent. Staff went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We also really liked the breakfast, which is severed at the adjoined Cafe - it’s much higher quality than what you’d expect at a normal hotel.

Cons: The air con is centrally controlled. So if you want to adjust the temperature you need to contact the staff. They are available 24/7 on WhatsApp and respond literally within a minute. It’s the only negative but in reality it wasn’t an issue during our stay.
