Lovely hotel and staff

Pros: Location was so convenient, staff was also very friendly. A lovely lady at the receptionist gave me a free upgrade and I stayed in room 421, the view was amazing!

Pros: The hotel is in an excellent location. It is lovely inside with a wonderful roof terrace where you can have breakfast. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The hotel put our group in rooms next to each other so we were close. There was a lady working at breakfast who went out of her way to accommodate my daughter's allergies and was very kind to her which we really appreciated. The breakfast was great.

Excellent location, ok room

Pros: Location is very good. Very central, less than 5mins walk from the central station of Rome. Also the roof garden view is excellent looking at the santa Maria Maggiore. The service at the restaturant were smiley and friendly.

Cons: I booked 2 single beds via booking but the hotel could only offer double bed upon my arrival. They didnt try to change my room the next day, despite my very specific request. Overpriced breakfast : 40 euros for 2 people and it was pretty standard. I'd say you pay for the view, unless breakfast is included in your accomodation price , its best to have breakfast at a cafe elsewhere for half the price. Room was very small.
