Fabulous stay in central Rome

Pros: Had an issue with shower but immediately resolved. Location amazing

Pros: Very friendly personnel they were cleaning the room every day They gave us a lot of information during check in very good spot (around 500 meters from piazza di spagna)

Cons: -The hotel was in a normal building. No sign (like a classic hotel) in the entrance. Difficult to find it the first time - When he booked the room, we received an automated email that the reception might not be open all day. So I sent an email 2-3 days before arrival that we will be at the hotel around 9 in the morning. So I asked if possible to leave the luggage somewhere safe and come back later for the check-in. They asked for our documents, we sent them and I thought that they will manage somehow. We arrived at 9. We rang the bell noone answered. Hopefully, a guy who works there was cming and helped us reach get inside. We left the bags and after 1 hour the lady contacted me via viber and informed me about the codes we could use to unlock the doors downstairs and in the hotel. Moreover, she told us that the reception is open only some hours during the day from 10-19.00 I think. We stayed 3 nights but we didn't see present anyone during these \

An excellent stay with lovely hosts great location

Pros: Excellent location, walking distance to all key sites. Very friendly and accommodating staff

Cons: There was a smell of smoke from one of the other guests which we could smell from our room

Pros: Big comfortable room, super king bed, plenty of space, location was excellent, within walking distance of tourist attractions, restaurants, shopping

Pros: The property was very close to everything coffee shops very near by the lady on reception was very helpful with check-in and check-out

The stay was amazing we couldn’t ask for much more the jacuzzi bath was a great finishing touch

Pros: A great little accommodation nestled in the heart of Rome. Very relaxing, quiet and clean. The host was excellent, she explained everything to us. Walking distance to most top attractions and plenty of restaurants nearby. Will definitely return again. Thanks to all the staff 😊

Cons: Very strange no wardrobe or anywhere to hang clothes etc. I feel this is a must for a room this size.

Location great to explore rome and short distance from metro with suitcases and walk every major tourist spot

Pros: Location was great, bed was comfy, reception staff where lovely people and accommodating

Cons: Arriving to unclean sheets with stains on, when brought to the attention of owner they response was not so accommodating, but the sheets where changed for the next day
