Awesome spot to explore Rome
Pros: Luca met us in the apartment. He gave us great suggestions about Rome, the neighborhood and also explained everything about the place. The apartment is exactly as photos. Comfortable, clean. All the amenities were there. Excellent location. Supermarkets, cafes, gelaterias in a few steps. 10 minutes from Piazza San Pietro and the Lepanto metro station. There is also a bus stop right in front the apartment that connects you to the main tourist attractions of Rome. The street is quite busy. If you are a light sleeper, earplugs will be very useful. As it was in our case. It was an amazing stay.

Comfortable and spacious studio in the heart of Prati
Pros: The studio location is perfect, it's right along the shopping district in Prati, 10mins walk to Vatican City and you can find some amazing restaurants and cafes nearby. Andrea, Ike and Martina have all been very helpful and communicative, check-in and check out process went smoothly. It's a great option for couples as the place have everything you may need- comfortable bed, washing machine, well equipped kitchen with tea/coffee, dishwasher, good shower facilities with towel heating, fridge,full closet and offers a good amount of space (considering you would pay around the same rate staying in a hotel with a tiny 17sqm room, staying here is a no-brainer). Room has a lot of natural light, immaculately clean and looks exactly like the pictures. I highly recommend this place for those looking to experience Rome like a local.
Cons: It would be nice to have more toiletries like dental kit for example but I guess this is something that can be requested in advance. Overall, we had a lovely 6-days stay in this property and glad we booked here.

The best choice when you come to Rome again
Pros: We stayed here for 5 nights. The location is very good. There is a supermarket downstairs, and it is a short walk to the Vatican. In particular, Andrea, who is in charge of management, is very good. He always solves our problems quickly. The most touching thing is that when the water in the building is stopped, he went to the supermarket to help us buy a lot of water and move it upstairs.
Cons: The only small problem is that enough coffee capsules, garbage bags and toilet paper should be provided according to the guest‘s check-in time, instead of sending them when the guests ask, so as to make the management smoother.

A wonderful relaxed stay in an excellent location for walking distance to most things.
Pros: Ike met us and was very accommodating. He stayed in touch via WhatsApp and was very responsive. The apartment was ready for us on arrival, and he also helped during our week-long stay. I loved the old elevator - was a historic item and nicely matched the building. The kitchen was well equipped and was able to prepare meals without difficulty.
Cons: Floors could have been cleaned a bit better or materials left for us to dust mop. We found them a bit dusty. Overall, very clean, so it was just the floors and just dusty.

Pros: Close to the metro, to the Vatican, about 20 minutes walk to other parts of the historic centre of Rome. The area is residential and safe. The street to which the windows of the studio (on the 3rd floor with lift) are facing is busy (shops, city traffic). The apartment is recently renovated, clean including new equipment (from electrical appliances to cutlery). The mattresses are comfortable. The whole studio is thoughtfully designed and equipped for short stays.

Great apartment in a fantastic location.
Pros: Fantastic location- could walk everywhere but also 2 metro stations within 10 mins. Bus stop for airport shuttle only 5 blocks away. Comfortable bed and pillow. Apartment was decorated in a modern style. Dishwasher and washer/dryer great to have.
Cons: Only 2 small bottles of shower gel provided for 2 people for 5 nights.

Pros: My time in this central Rome vacation home was wonderful. Perfectly located, it allowed me to explore the city with ease. The home was cozy, clean, and had all we needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts were exceptionally welcoming and provided great tips for dining and sightseeing. Highly recommend for a genuine Roman experience!

The Location is just amazing. Everything is at your doorstep and the apartment is very charming.
Pros: The Location is just amazing. Everything is at your doorstep lots of activity close by, restaurants and shops. The whole vibe is so Rome! Great apartment with great use of space, everything in the listing is accurate and even better like the wonderful kitchen! Andrea was very kind and welcoming. Great experience. I definitely will book again this place when back in Rome. The bed is very comfortable : ) The bathroom is gorgeous !
Cons: Everything was so pleasant and just perfect.
